Hopeless and utterly unreliable. Just got messed around over a private flu jab. Don't see why they couldn't just be honest at the outset.
I have always found this pharmacy very good. I've never had a problem ordering or picking up prescriptions, and the staff are always friendly. I used to be with the pharmacy in Sainsbury's, which was more often than not a chaotic experience - to say the least - so it was a pleasant surprise when I started getting prescriptions from here instead.
I have recently moved to Huntingdon and find the staff friendly, helpful, polite and above all knowledgeable. There have been two mistakes in my prescriptions over six months, both due to the GP I attend, not the fault of this pharmacy. Thank you to everyone concerned. Five stars from me.
A shocking time from putting in a repeat prescription to them actually saying its ready. Been 5 days now since doctors done prescription, not heard a thing. Just run out of tablets, you need at least a weeks plus supply left when you put in a repeat. Also there have been a number of occasions when they have been closed within their opening hours online. This is my last one, changing to boots.
What are strange way of running a pharmacy! I get a text that my medication is ready but there is nothing. And if there is, they only start searching the storage room while I arrive then commence the painful process of labelling every single box and jar. As the result it's up to an hour waiting in the little crowd of often ill people, more often than not. This just smells of disregard for the patient! Maybe 2-3 times in the 4 years of me using Priory Fields they had the bag ready and waiting. But evening and weekend opening hours are definitely a bonus!
Some of the most hardworking, friendly and competent staff I’ve seen. They go above and beyond what’s required of them to help the patients.
Awful service. Went in for calamine lotion at 1pm. Got told they cannot sell me anything as pharmacist on lunch until 3pm. Wouldn't have minded if it was a behind the counter product but it isn't. Might as well close your doors when pharmacist isnt there. Shocking!

This pharmacy is always helpful,very caring, very patient friendly considering they are short staff during a pandemics..super heroes,If the pharmacy was not here we wouldn't get our medication. They Work hard keep up the good work. Really these Karen's of the world! Tut tut
Disgusted with this pharmacy, was so good once, now they don't answer phones although they tell you to ring before you pick prescription up, so when you turn up and to be told there not ready you would expect them to get them ready for you to go back the next day, NO. 30 minutes I had to wait for them to sort them out. Same with other customers waiting. Excuse is shortage of staff, although there was 5 people working round back of till. Sort it out and stop blaming covid for everything.
