   I've written a review before for my chemist but I have to say me and my mum are so happy that we come up to the headlands,.we have been coming for almost 10 years and the people behind the counter makes it!,.the staff are amazing and all of them are good people who will try to help you with professionalism and curiosity, its a great little chemist and every now and then I'll keep writing another review to remind the peeps where it at!! :)

   Highly recommend this pharmacy, I don't know everyone's names but Gracie and the team there are incredibly helpful and the lead pharmacist there is 100% the best they have ever had in all the years I have been going. He is so helpful and takes the time to really listen and get a good understanding from you. Great little chemist.

   Wow, how is this pharmacy so terrible! EVERY time i place a next day order it takes a week or more and I always have to fight to get my next day delivery fee refunded. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE EVER! Staff just ignore customers most of the time so be prepared to wait a very long time

   Currently sitting in pharmacy for 10 minutes.. No other customers here.. I can see the guys are busy but a quick " will be with you in a bit" would be nice. Yet to be acknowledged by the end of submitting this.. 3rd time this has happened.. 4 mins on not even a hello.. Will go elsewhere in future.

   If you have an hour to kill it's an ideal place to visit otherwise avoid like the plague staff are rude lazy and just stand behind the counter chatting to each other. When I pointed out this pattern of behaviour highlighted in poor reviews older women got aggressive and started discussing my medication type clearly against guidelines and patient confidentiality. 6 people behind the counter 1 serving. Disgraceful customer service.
