Booked a private flu jab. Pharmacy is beyond chaotic - had no record of me having booked. Then they couldn't find what they needed to do on the system, then it turned out the pharmacist had never signed the appropriate paperwork that allowed them to do the jabs for private customers. Didn't know how to process a refund, gave me a tiny scrap of paper with "head office's" number. A run down mess of a place.
Only went in for a wrist support, left feeling like I’d had a tailor-made fitting. The lady even measured my wrist — felt very fancy for something that stops me looking floppy!
Waited a week for medication to arrive. Phoned, no answer, phoned again waited for ages for answer! Was told to call next day as waiting for a couple of items to be delivered before sending all items. Phoned again no answer, phoned again (again waited ages for answer), to be told we have nothing on order for you (explained I called day before and mentioned you were waiting for items) I was then told items must be out for delivery! (Waited till later for items to be delivered) Still nothing delivered. Phoned again to be told now delivering in my area, they deliver upto 17:00. 17:00 phoned GP to see if any other options are available. GP phoned Pharmacist, no answer. Now left with no medication HELP. Please avoid if you health relies on a regular medication
I have my medication delivered to me as I am unable to walk very far. I am a type 1 diabetic and have severe anxiety as well. I’ve been waiting over a week for my medication only for me to call up and for them to tell me the van has broken down and no medication is being delivered. No communication between patients. Good job on making my life harder as I now have to come and collect from you
45 min wait in the queue, then 15 mins wait at the desk because the lady went to ‘look for something’. She then comes back and says I have to wait another 20 mins because the prescription that was sent 3 days ago has not been made yet.
Went to pick up my prescription at 1pm, can't get it as the pharmacist is on their lunch break. I appreciate people need breaks but surely many customers will go in to collect in their lunch break. So now I have to go later when it will be busy
I have been with this surgery since a baby and its now atrocious. Got told yesterday i could pick up my partners much needed medication get there this morning before 9 get told no meds are not in as the delivery hasnt been yet but i was told they were there yesterday. I get messed about near on everytime i have to go there. One minute theres missing items then no items even though i have ordered them. Its just one thing after another appalling
.TERRIBLE. Had a prescription left with other persons and signed as I though i was on benefits. Got an NHS fine for falsely claiming free prescription. Told that it must have been given with other persons who signed it thinking it was there's. Gross data protection failure. Will not be using this place again. Reported to NHS/othersfor failing to protect my date.
