Doctor prescribed antibiotics for family member to collect and the pharmacy closed 20-30mins early, with no sign on door or amended times on website or Google. Very poor service, very ill family member now has to wait till the next day and pray the open when they claim to open.

Great Oakley pharmacy team, well done for a excellent service, I came in for my prescription on Friday, it was busy, served by a very helpful and friendly lady, was told my prescription would be ready in about 10minutes. Communication was excellent, I only had to wait 5 minutes. Service with a smile

Following a visit to the pharmacy today to pick up a prescription I am far from satisfied with the service received Initially greeted with a 'yes' by a young girl with peaching's, I stated I was there to pick up a prescription, 'Name' was the next word used as she moved to the back of the shop to find my prescription. A much older lady then shouted across 'your prescription needs to be signed off by our pharmacist who isn't back until 3 - no apology no manners just shouting across the shop At which point I said it was supposed to be ready for this morning as was put through yesterday - the response, we don't work evenings and i can dispense it but it needs the pharmacist to sign it off. OK, ill wait I said, its 2.45 so wont be long - that's up to you she grunted I sat browsing on my phone only to hear some giggles and mocking of people's prescription and how daft some people were paying for them, not very professional at all Then came the bad language, the F word was used in a way of expression, I can't be sure by who as from where I was sat, I was out of eye line. Its clear one of the staff remembered I was there as I heard a faint SSSHHH there's a customer Sadly, I wasn't given a time to pick up my prescription by the doctor otherwise I would have arrived at that time to avoid experiencing such terrible service Thankfully, the pharmacist returned a little earlier than 3pm so I was able to pick up my prescription, pay for it and leave (including making the donation) I am shocked and saddened at the terrible service and complete lack of respect shown, no empathy and no care when dealing with my request, just poor communication, fowl language and a few grunts I run my own business and wonder, had I arrived in my usual day wear of a suit and tie instead of my dog walking clothes I would have been greeted and treated differently. I certainly felt spoken down to, perhaps the baseball cap and waterproof jacket did me no favours A little bit of care and empathy go along way with some professionalism and pride in your work, especially in this line of business, sadly none of this was on display Very disappointed and think there is work to be done in this shop to meet the high expectation required in this line of work

service there is the worst possible. I always order my meds a week in advance but that's still not enough time for them to be ready. since the old team of this pharmacy left every time you come there you have the impression that you're interrupting them and that they're not there to help you.

Waiting time over 40 minutes, simply to pick up a prescription only to be told that its out of stock. I explained that I'd asked them to order it 2 days prior and they didn't order it. I'm left with no medication and having to cope with my pain independently. What change the staff that worked to a rag tag team that doesn't. Disgusting
