This has to be the best pharmacy in the area. I have always experienced great service from the wonderful staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Always be polite!
I turned up 2 minutes to closing time to pick up a prescription for my daughter. They kindly sorted it for me which took them past closing time. Thank you much!

Referred to pharmacy by GP surgery, Shefford Health Centre. I walked in, and was asked, in front of everyone else, what the issue was. I relayed my medical issue, which was relayed to pharmacist, then told to see GP. Went to reception at GP surgery, who informed me that I should have been seen by pharmacist, who should have assessed me, and if needed prescribe medication. None of which happened. I now have to wait for an appointment in two days. I realise the NHS is stretched, but I found the experience very stressful and totally unprofessional
I’ve been getting my medication from Shefford Pharmacy for over 10 years now but without a doubt they have got worse. 10 days to get a repeat prescription made up after the doctor has forwarded the paperwork is just ludicrous. You try calling the pharmacy and all you get is awful music banging away non stop. Unfortunately i have had to give them 1 star otherwise you can’t leave a review but if i could have they would have scored a 0. I’ve now been hanging on the the phone on and off for over a hour with no answer it is just ridiculous and if you say anything when you go into the pharmacy all you get is one of two answers 1. We are very busy 2. We are short staffed When I’ve been in there they have enough staff virtually to start a football team. Do yourself a massive favour and find another pharmacy and save yourself the stress of trying to use their services. Remember 0 out of 5 stars doesn’t make for a good service provider.

Poor service, staff seem overworked hence prescriptions rarely ready for collection , phone staff give erratic advice, would suggest using Lloyds Pharmacy in the town as much more responsive and courteous
Most of the staff are very helpful but the Manager is unfortunately both unhelpful and very rude. I understand we all have challenges at work and sometimes would rather be elsewhere but nobody should be spoken to or treated that way. Not just one occasion either.
Friendly pharmacy staff and a useful addition to that end of town. Is in the same building as the local doctors surgery, which is very handy, especially if there's a query with your prescription. Is often very busy though.
Usually good and staff are generally helpful, but had another issue with a medication pick up. There was confusion, which could have been resolved very quickly has the staff answered my call. Then had to put up with a manager coming on the phone telling me to improve my communication!! (Not great customer service, there are ways to speak to people!) Like I said, service is very staff dependant!
