After waiting outside in the cold for ten minutes (they only admit one customer at a time) they didn't have half of what I needed and refused to sell me what I did need. I went online and have ordered what I need, and I will get it tomorrow. Will not be visiting again.

I previously posted with a two star review as I had struggled on many occasions to get prescriptions quickly. Instead I directed urgent prescriptions to biggleswade pharmacies. However today I collected a prescription from langford that was only issued 2 days ago. Has Langford pharmacy turned a corner? I hope so. Perhaps next post will be 4 star

So thankful to the lovely Kirsty the lady with the blue hair. Without her I would have missed some vital information. She made me aware of this. Really appreciated this. Thank you. The ladies are always cheerful and welcoming.

Yesterday I had a small accident at the pharmacy and the staff were very quick in getting the matter resolved. The pharmacist took me into his room and gave me plenty of time to help me analyse the results of blood tests with tips on how to keep myself healthier to get better results in future. Very caring service and greatly appreciated.

I think we are lucky to have this great pharmacy in the village. The staff are polite and very helpful.

Yet again, no notification that their supplier doesn't have stock of a required medication!!!! (when other pharmacies are holding stock). No apology or assurance it wont happen again so time to move to an alternative pharmacy.

This is a lovely little village pharmacy. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. Although its small it has a large range of stock and if not in stock they can get it in for you usually within 24 hrs. The village is lucky to have it.

One of the worst local pharmacies I have ever been to. Pharmacist is always late and nobody ever bothers to call you back. Go to Lloyds pharmacy in Biggleswade which provide excellent service and not these cowboys.
