   Very poor service their phone lines don’t work so you can’t hear them due to “internet connections” they told me, but they don’t listen to the query anyhow and talk over you. You have to literally pull teeth it feels like to get help from them. Chased a prescription Selmat who id liken her phone tone to a belligerent teen, told me my prescription was not there and when I repeated and said had they already received the last delivery of the day then at 11 am? she then found my prescription. Shouldn’t have to re ask information to get the correct information clearly she didn’t look the first time throughly and this can affect people requiring urgent medications by having to wait a further day for medications that are sitting there all the time in the pharmacy. This isn’t the first time, i use this pharmacy every few months for specialist medications and it’s always the same with some issue. Update :- Attended the pharmacy to collect as which is the other side of town to my home, to be told again that it wasn’t there this time by the man. Eventually the lady had to get involved and found it but said I had to wait as they hadn’t added it to the system ? Not sure what’s going on at this pharmacy and if I had a choice I certainly wouldn’t be using it

   Very poor services cannot get hold of them to find out if medication is in store. Then we I go to store closed due to staff shortage so couldn’t pick up my medication.

   Opening hours 9am -5.30pm but most of the times opening later than 9am. Shortage of products, system problems when you can’t take your prescription on time when you need it. Disappointed

   I am absolutely shocked by the level of incompetency of the staff of this pharmacy. I am using Lloyds direct and decided to pick up my medicine at this pharmacy. I had the prescription on my phone with the barcode, and pharmacy address...waited nearly an hour to be informed that they got a problem with "the system" and they can't download my prescription. I explained that it was sent to them three days earlier and now I run out of my medicine. the reply was: " I am sorry for your waiting but I don't know what to do...maybe you should write an e-mail to Lloyds direct or something..." There are no worlds
