   I asked to get a blood pressure reading. I did so with avrealut of 135/87 but the printer had run out of paper. I told them, they filled it up and then 2 people went before me while I had to stand and wait. My next reading was then 147/88. Blood pressure should be taken after sitting for a few minutes so you're relaxed, these results may go to a doctor who will read them and potentially make a decision based on false readings because of the way the readings are pressured into being taken. Pretty ironic that I was there to collect blood pressure medication but I see that as further need for readings to be taken in the correct way rather than to buy time because the pharmacy is busy.

   Waiting time 30-40 min not updating that will be delay . Receptionist's disappear time to time absolutely jungle pharmacy. I would never go to this again . the booking screen doesn’t work … i think Afghanistan in 2025 has better system.

   I have been using mounts pharmcy as a new patient. They have a lovely team there that they all very helpful and making sure u are looked aftered. I have been doing the Monjuro weight loss programme with Amazing results, the pharmacy staff are amazing and very supportive during the weigh loss programme. Highly recommend to join the weigh loss programme if you struggle with loosing weight. I have lost 23kg Only 10kg away from my ideal goal weight. So so happy.

   The service I had here was appalling. Staff incorrectly filed my information therefore having incorrect contact information. I had been in 5 times to find that my information was still incorrect. When I did eventually get notified that my prescriptions were ready to collect, I would turn up only to find out they hadn’t got all my items. I filed a complaint after I told them that it was getting ridiculous and they somehow decided to blame me for their incompetence. The pharmacy staff have been useful and are generally friendly so will give them a star but otherwise I would try to avoid this place if possible. FYI - my new surgery and pharmacy have never had any issues with my information and I don’t feel stressed out anymore.

   Needed an emergency prescription and spoke to the loveliest and most helpful pharmacist on the phone. Went to collect it 10 minutes later, late one Sunday evening. Would have been lost without it.
