Always get good service when I come in. Friendly and helpful staff. Set up and tested an item for me to make sure I was happy with it before buying.

Messaged the store, quick response, did a deal on a guitar I had been after. They posted in a reasonable time, unfortunately parcel force did not collect the item for a few days so it took a while to arrive, once unwrapped it appears parcel force have thrown the guitar around as its smashed, woods all cracked, was left seriously disappointed. Kraig the area manager is currently arranging the return and has been exceptionally helpful so far. The staff get 5 stars for responding and being helpful. Very disappointed with the circumstance but i do appreciate your efforts to resolve it.

Just wanted to shout out to Tash who has really helped me out recently by finding ways to renew my items including buy back also. Thanks Tash. Another shout out to Aaron also who came to my rescue when I collected my TV recently.. I couldn't get a signal on my phone to call a cab so he used his own personal mobile to call me a cab and literally carried it all the way to the meeting point where I waited for my cab. Thanks to you both.. I've recently had a great experience.. Cheers guys
Steer clear, ripoff merchants, spent £200 on laptop, takes 20 mins to load, screen keeps going off, no refund given wanted to charge another £25. Stay clear, fat man with dark hair got proper bully attitude, needs to give it to a man!!
