Mr Patel and all the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t trust any other pharmacy with my prescriptions and my care. So thank you for being a great team and giving 1st class service
Recently required a prescription filling at short notice as I was in extreme pain. The pharmacist, Kunal Patel, was very sympathetic and understanding, and provided the medication promptly. This resulted in me feeling more comfortable and in much less pain. Highly recommend Tudor Pharmacy.
Had my flu jab, in and out in a few mins, was kind enough to check on me after a few mins as I don't do needles well

Under staffed and overworked, and you can tell. Too many customers, to have the time to be bothered. I used to think this was a great pharmacy, and very helpful. Not anymore. Such a shame. Now I only go here if I have no other choice.

Complete bunch of unprofessionals and rude running this place! Phoned to check if subscription is ready, which took them a week to prepare, it was ready so drove there to collect it straight after phoning. Got there and pharmacist had “popped out quickly”, waited 10 mins then I asked roughly how long the wait is going to be, “oh might me another 10 mins”. God forbid Kunal Patel the pharmacist will actually be polite and smile at people! Giving it a 1 star as I have to choose something.
I recently had to this chemist after i had mistakenly throw out my tables, and after ringing 111 they advise me to visit Tudor pharmacy, after problems getting the new prescription from 111, the staff got the problem sort, i would like to thank the staff for sorting out my problems they where all great very good service all round many thanks Paul Allen
