   Vast improvements made to the business, new premises and friendly customer service which is nice to see in our community. We saw Afzal cleaning the windows and offered our services free of charge, improving the presence of such a vital pillar of our community and it is now cleaned for free by ourselves, it is a pleasure. Thank you for all your hard work, we sincerely appreciate it, it was a pleasure paying it forward :)

   I have been so impressed by this pharmacy - run by an incredibly kind, helpful and efficient team. I've had a few issues with my prescriptions recently due to external factors, and Roade Pharmacy have helped me sort it each and every time. Really great service and lovely people.

   Do not trust this pharmacy!! Substituted 2 products with a parallel import product that doesn’t work and won’t change for a genuine item!! Very poor service.

   This pharmacy may be local,but I find it very expensive.£4.09 for small Vicks vapour rub. Lovely post office down the Road. £2.29 for the same amount. Very greedy profit margins.

   This used to be a really nice & friendly little pharmacy, but, since the new management, it feels aloof & unwelcoming. Although the 2 ladies are lovely, the guy behind the screen doesn't even look up at you as you walk in. My little girl went in today to get her prescription & the lady was on the phone but she was totally ignored by the others for so long she came out again & asked me to go in for her. If I had a choice, I'd go elsewhere but travelling for prescriptions during lockdown is generally frowned upon.

   Local pharmacy in the village. staff are lovely and polite. Opening and closing times are suitable for all and they also stock a few other bits other than just medicine. my only fault recently has been the cough medicine for younger children to buy over the counter is very limited, they only stock one type and they didn't have it in...ended up having to go all the way to town for some which was a bit annoying considering we have a pharmacy.
