Disgusting service. They coudnt give me my medication. Because it was 5 min before they close and it was a referral from 111. People can die in their stepdoor but they wouldn't care because is just 5 min time . Disgraceful
Pharmacy said there was no prescription to collect for my babies perscribed milk. Which was orders a week prior. Called the doctors who sent over the bar code and number who said they did send it over. Went back to the pharmacy for them to say there was still nothing and when the code was checked they said it had been collected already. It hadn’t. Then I saw the milk behind the lady and found out it was my son’s milk. Someone had checked it out as it had been collected already. Disorganised, obviously not a pharmacy that’s run well of people are making errors in a system and could have been dangerous for my baby not having his perscription milk.
Always friendly, courteous and professional staff. Speedy collection and notifications now via text that prescription is ready for collection. Great location. Happy to recommend to others.
My item was fast, it was ordered Friday early am, and was ready Friday afternoon, the only thing that could be better is open Saturday morning.to give people a chance to collect them..otherwise keep up a good system. Thank you.
I always get a text to tell me my prescription is ready and staff are very welcome and listen to your questions. One time I went to my mount medical centre which my surgery for flu jab the reception was so rude and sent me away .so I come to the far cotton pharmacy and listen to me and offer one . they are efficient and professional in want they do .I can vote for them to be the best pharmacist in Northampton
It's a pharmacy. Not much happens here unless you are picking up medication. Or want to talk to someone.
Went in to drop off a sharps box as instructed by the hospital to be told "We don't take them any more" by a stern face Asian lady - NO alternative advice given just a short grumpy answer! Poor customer service folks!!!
Absolutely crazy,pathetic that you are told to wait out side,only one person in at a time,this is the only place I have been to in northampton with these outrageous rules.. what about if its an elderly person or a mother and child,your made to wait outside... I myself would never pay money in this place.
Never had a problem, they always have my prescription ready for when I arrive and they are always helpful when I need advice. Very lucky to have these guys on my doorstep. Thank you!!!
I have never waited that long in a Pharmacy. There was one person sitting on a chair already waiting. There were 1 staff at the counter and 3 in the back. After about 5 mins of being there the lad got his prescription and no one else came. "Only" had to wait another 10mins until I got my prescription. Can't imagine this place when it gets busy.
