Bunch of clowns! The attendant and pharmaceutical refused to sell me a pack of aspirin for my pregnant wife that needs to take one a day to improve the blood flow to the baby! Completely useless both of them. I had to walk away before loosing my temper. This medications does not require prescription! Update: just been to the Potton branch and managed to buy a box. Much better to spend another 10minutes drive to been seen by a proper pharmacist.

I get my asthma inhalers from here and the past 3 prescriptions they have stopped working halfway through their life and not spraying properly. They won’t supply me a knew one considering it’s faulty and halfway through its life and iv payed for it. Daylight robbery!!

Very slow service. Didn't get all the prescription and had to go back. {went for my dad}. They have a weird system to look for prescriptions.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service received from the Biggleswade Jardines Pharmacy regarding my flu jab appointment. Despite booking well in advance, the appointment was cancelled just 2.5 hours before the scheduled time. No private flu vaccinations were available, and to make matters worse, there was no phone call to inform me, just an impersonal confirmation email. Attempts to contact the pharmacy were equally frustrating, as no one answered the phone. This lack of communication and consideration for customers' time is unacceptable. In contrast, I rebooked with the Cambourne Jardines branch, who, although also out of stock, handled the situation much more professionally. They called me directly to apologise for the inconvenience and took the initiative to reschedule the appointment. Their communication and customer care were greatly appreciated. Well done to Cambourne for putting the customer first, something the Biggleswade branch could learn from. A simple phone call goes a long way.

Staff are incredibly hard working despite how busy the pharmacy often tends to be. Willing to help with any queries, no matter how difficult they are. Would highly recommend this pharmacy.

Came to get a prescription, was my first time using this pharmacy so wasn't aware the Pharmacist isn't available between 1pm - 2pm. Arrived at 12:55 so admittedly was cutting it fine with 2 people in front of me in the queue as well. When I got served, they checked their stock and told me they had the prescription but I would have to come back at 2pm as it had literally just crept past 1pm. Seemed a bit frustrating, I wasn't able to come back at 2, but they weren't able to serve me. Rules are rules apparently, even if its down to 10 seconds. Even more frustrating was that for the person directly after me in the queue, the server at the till instantly checked if the pharmacist was able to do one more prescription, to which they replied that they were?! I can understand there may be different time constraints if they already have it prepared for collection etc. but if you're going to follow a rule to the very second, then apply it differently to someone else, it comes off as nothing short of rude. 100% will not be coming back, if you're not going to help someone who is literally a few seconds late because of being in the queue, I don't want to deal with you. Serving the next customer was just salt in the wound. Customer service was also non-existent, as per several other reviews.

They aren't our regular pharmacy but when we struggle to get certain medications they have always been so helpful and always willing to help. Always friendly when you speak to them.

Jardines pharmacy is a brilliant asset to Biggleswade, I swapped to them from another local pharmacy who always seemed to have IT issues and difficulties with supplies, I just wish I’d done it earlier. My meds are dispensed quicker and the staff are so friendly. I’d urge anyone who can to use them - you won’t regret it

Nice staff but unfortunately they operate quite long repeat prescription timescales. So, a repeat prescription takes 3 days after they get the prescription, sometimes longer. Alas this doesn't work for me as some items are needed sooner due to flexible use. They would benefit from more staff too. Shame really as I'd love to support a family run Business. Maybe it'll be better in the future but clearly cannot compete will Boots who have better turnaround times and staff.
