Really apoloing service! The shop assistant closed the door with a lock 11 minutes before 8pm. I was standing in the queue with the pharmacist. Other people started panicking ie an Indian gentleman said please no because his wife outside, someone tried to pop into to pick up a couple of stuff. I asked the lady why is she do this, when it's not 8 yet, she was rudely said because her manager said so. I said please call here her manager, she said she's not here! If anyone reads this from boots head office, please review the camera footage, and question the manager from her absence and the shop assistant what the hell is going on???

This is my local store. The staff has always been polite and I have always found them serving the customers in the best way possible. To my surprise the security guard at the store was really rude. I was telling him that I didnot jump the queue as the lady at the counter was dealing with a billing issue for me. He shouted back at me and told me I was showing attitude, where as I politely was suggesting to him. Should have ignored him. Left me disgusted and with an awful experience while trying to shop with me partner who was next to me. The store management should have a word with him and put him on a customer service course. Check for health issues as he spiked without a reason. Disgusting!

After receiving marketing literature promoting pharmacy advice for several skin care issues, my wife and I took this as an opportunity to avail ourselves of this service. I queued at the counter for 20 minutes or so, whilst my disabled wife sat nearby, only to be told by the pharmacist that the primary matter required a doctor’s appointment without her even asking to look at it. I mentioned a skin rash as well but the pharmacist bluntly replied that she was too busy to check it out. I would normally understand this, if it were not for the fact that we received this specific invitation and I was standing beside a poster at the counter boasting about their free skin care advice. Why are Boots promoting a service that their Pharmacy is unable to provide? What a disappointment and waste of time.

Boots at Kingston Centre is a solid, reliable spot for picking up essentials. Whether it’s toiletries, basic medication, or a quick lunch deal, it’s usually well-stocked and easy to navigate. I’ve also used the pharmacy a few times – staff are helpful and know their stuff, though wait times can vary depending on the day. The store isn’t huge, so it doesn’t carry the full range you might find at a bigger location, but it covers the basics well enough. Sometimes it feels a bit cramped when it gets busy, especially around the tills. Still, it's a handy stop if you’re already doing your shopping in Kingston. Quick in and out, with everything you need in one place.

Just want to give credit to the young man with glasses serving on the till around 4pm on Thursday 2nd March. He kept his cool while being moaned at by the entitled, condescending old woman who had been overcharged by Β£2 a few days before. He was so patient and polite!

Typical boots really. Shelves seemed a little empty when we went but likely just stock rotation. CSA were polite

Flu jab. Pharmacist dismissive and not really helpful. A bit of a let down from a health care professional that suppose to showcase empathy. A credit to the Assistant Manager called Sandra that managed to squeeze me in after I realised the only booking I can make is 4 days from today.Been waiting an hour to get a vaccine that takes 3 minutes.

I would like to thank the lady in the pharmacy who helped me on friday just gone, the receipt says her name is Emma. She helped me as I had an allegic reaction on my eyes , she recommended a product and the following day I was absolutely fine! I've had this reaction before and it took a week to go but she was very understanding and recommended something that helped instantly. A huge thank you to her.

Rude pharmacy staff. There were 3 members of staff and still it took forever to be acknowledged. Which I understand as one member of staff was doing flu jabs. But the older lady is abrupt and rude, the way she rolled her eyes as if I was an idiot. It was as though it was all too much trouble. This was 2/11/22. When I asked for what I needed which I know is stored behind the pharmacy counter she took me to the racks on the shop floor, as if I didn’t have the common sense to look there. Which I had done previously. I work in customer relations and she needs either training or retraining. Politeness and tolerance cost nothing. Two things she is in desperate need of.
