I am extremely disappointed with the service at Stereo bar & club Northampton. I went with my best friend Mr Wellman Jr for some drinks after work. Rude staff that became aggressive and refused to offer a refund for a terrible drink. This is not the professional service anyone should expect. I would strongly advise people to avoid this place.
Going out should be about having a good time, being you, let your hair down, but not when you come to this place, complaint after complaints and still nothing done about it !!! All that management can say is that few unhappy customers won't ruin the business... Long story short, very unprofessional service end of ! Owners and management team stop defending your silly door people, look at your reviews and reflect, hire people that can take the job and actually are mentally fit for it. The door people are there for security and safety not to worry about weather someone appears entitled or not ! Also keep good control of ID checking as most don't look old enough to be there.
Avoid this place you can get rape in here and none of security guards do nothing with this and protect them people and tried to attack the victim I have all security guards tried to attack me after I reported someone grabbed me and they even have them gangster threw out the bottles to me they all about 7 men and I only a woman after I reported what happened inside as they don’t listen to me literally the person who groped me is their people! So please this place is too dangerous and awful those security guards are terrible THE BLACK security guard also throw out the bottle at me and tell his colleagues to attack me. This place should be closed down as it too dangerous! Proper horrible behaviour! Avoid this place as you seen so many negative reviews them all totally right!
I had an amazing night in this club, lots of friendly people, and shisha was just on another level!
It appears that the club trying to hire unlicensed bouncers. When trying to enter club with 5 people, we were approached by a person who barely spoke any English with no security license from a club. Instead of making things professional, considering we haven't made a single problem. So called bouncer with no license approached us and denied entry without even checking any details. When he was challenged about having no bouncer license, unfortunately he started shouting abusive language, trying to provoke peaceful side. After ignoring and continue going away peacefully person still followed trying to make a fight by shouting abusive and demeaning language, trying to bully people by their appearance. Try to avoid this club, as unlicensed bouncers trying to make trouble on purpose.
The whole place is unprofessional, security can’t even do their job properly, my friend got her neck grabbed, instead of kicking out the people, they kicked us out. Avoid this place at all cost, unless you’re looking for a fight at the bar. By all means go head.
Very good club. Peaceful. Friendly staff. Great owner and DJ as well. Smoking area inside as you don't need to go outside always. Shisha as well you can order in a smoking area. Recomend everybody to visit if you are in Northampton. Very good music.
