DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A SUBSCRIPTION. They will debit you and then won’t deliver and won’t reply to you via email or messages. They are happy to take the cash and then ignore you
Take your money immediately. Then don't dispatch order, don't reply to emails and won't answer their phone.
This company have been taking double payments from me each month for about 12 months. They have only sent out 3 or 4 copies of the magazine. I assumed it was a quarterly magazine until I isolated the payments in my banking app and realised I’m paying twice a month for a magazine I am not even receiving. I have been in contact with Perry, who has promised twice to sort this issue out and refund what is owed to me. But he hasn’t sorted anything out and he has now stopped responding to my emails. I have since contacted my bank and they have refunded one payment (which is one of the double payments that went out of my account 3 weeks ago). Fingers crossed that this months payments do not go through. AVOID this company !
Really good magazine with lots of interesting articles. Customer Service has been responsive and quick when contacted.
Took out a subscription to this magazine 2 years ago. After the 2nd edition they stopped sending the issues. After getting in touch they resumed for 1 more month and then they stopped sending them again. After trying to contact the company via telephone and email I was left with no choice but to raise concerns via my credit card provider who was able to get me a refund. Last year and again this year the company have tried to take £54 for an annual subscription that I've not signed up to or purchased. Absolute shambles of a "company".
