   The service in this store is absolutely appalling . Called in today to purchase cricket whites and a t shirt as a present for a 13 year old boy . Asked where the cricket gear was and was told - over there! I went, looked but has been given a product code that I needed to match - went back to the assistant to ask for help and she responded that all the cricket stuff was over there and pointed to where I had been . Determined to purchase the items I managed to select the trousers but the cricket shirt was on a higher hanger that I couldn’t reach . So went back to the assistant , who had moved over to shoes and asked how I get the shirt down . She then walked me over to another area and said ‘you need a stick!! ‘ she then handed me the pole and walked away , leaving me to fiddle the shirt down on a 2m pole . I managed to get both items and on my way down to pay said to the male staff at the door that the young lady upstairs has an attitude and was not customer focussed . To which he looked at me and rudely said ‘I’ll have a word’ the assistant where we paid was excellent but the store appears to have a total disregard for customers and what we are paying is in fact their wages .

   I visited Sports Direct Corby today in an attempt to return/exchange a £90 worth jacket that was faulty due to a manufacturer’s defect and had the worst experience possible under the hands of rude, arrogant, dreadful and unprofessional so-called manager ZARA. This person is dreadful and her behaviour suggests her managerial position wasn’t given based on professionalism or merit as she lacks basic understanding of consumer law and appropriate managerial standards. I felt sorry for her colleague who accidentally gave me Zara’s name - her behaviour towards her colleague in front of customers raised serious concerns about her suitability for her role. Bottom line is this store is poorly managed by horrid ZARA who clearly shouldn’t be in a public facing job - it’s a pity there is no 0 stars rating as that is what I would have given for this clueless ZARA!!

   Store staff are abysmal in the corby store. Rude, don't connect with you and when you ask them for something, it's like you are interrupting their gossiping. I have had eye rolls and even no words when I asked for a particular size of shoe!!! Rude, ungracious and bad for the brand!!!

   I wanted a pair of shoes to try an buy and just leave the shop. Supervisor told me I needed to wait at the bottom of the shop for someone to serve me as she couldn't. I've been waiting for more then 10min to stand and watch the shop floor. For the girls to just stand there, and talk to each other instead of serving. Supervisor said she JUST trained the girl on shoes to serve. When ?if supervisor was at the front of the shop and the other girl who served a man in front of me while I waited 10 minutes. The exactly same girl was on the till and said she couldn't serve me while TALKING to another one on the till. While there was absolutely nobody at the tills to be served. Absolutely shocking service is not even the word. All the bottom floor girls are just talking and Supervisor is standing near a small tablet/laptop doing absolutely nothing. For me to be told they're short staffed today. I would understand but to have no care in the world and just stand their and gossip at the tills or between racks. Especially as they knew why I was waiting because I spoke to them ! So girl in the black hair turned around and started serving another man who just turned up. Supervisor also said the girl with black hair couldn't serve me on shoes whilst on the till. Okay but she had all the time to stand there near shoes door and chat while I waited. Poor management and disgusting customer service. Change of management is needed.

   I would like to express my disappointment with the customer service I experienced in your store recently. I waited for about 10 minutes trying to find someone to assist me with a shoe size, but there was no one available. Eventually, I noticed that two of your employees were present but completely uninterested in helping customers — they were only engaged in conversation with each other. As a result, I decided to put the shoes back and went to buy a pair at NEXT instead. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have encountered such poor service at your store. This level of customer care is truly unacceptable. I hope you will address this issue to improve your service quality in the future.

   Unbelievable poor service!! The staff are rude, not willing to help! The girl on the till had a really bad attitude, never again will i go in that shop and I'd advice anyone to stay clear!

   Absolutely useless place.none of the kids in there know the first thing about most of the sporting equipment they sell....and if you are trying to phone the store forget it,they just hang up on you no matter how many times you ring.

   Don’t Go to Corby sports direct . Rude staff. They don’t know how treat customers. There’s a illiterate rude man with black hair and black frame specs, treats me very rudely like I came to buy free.

   Had to ask twice for help. Twice the person i asked said "there's someone there, they'll just be serving someone else". On both occasions they were not, i hunted around the shop and had to ask again for help" No knowledge of products when asking questions. Asked for a trainer size, the response was "you want the cheaper ones?" Basically trying to humiliate me for wanting the less expensive trainers. More interested in sorting out a sock rack rather thsn helping people! If the staff don't want to be there, get a job somewhere else! Terrible terrible service.

   Worst customer experience ever experienced at the Corby branch. The two young girls working were the most unhelpful workers and would of been easier to talk to a brick wall. They seemed so diss interested and all they wanted to do is get back on their phones and ended up with the advice go have a look yourself. What's happened to customer service!
