Bought the sunglasses from them, after 3 months a metal pin broke down in half. Been told they won’t accept the warranty as they have nothing to do with it, I should find out myself who the manufacturer is and contact them directly. They apparently accept only 14 days return of the unopened items, and don’t respect any warranty for the products they sell, as they are the private owned store and this is their store policy, I’ve been told. Definitely against any customer rights standards.

Cannot give this appalling store any stars. Sold me faulty goods but would not exchange even though I could tell them the exact day and time it was bought. Dale was particularly obnoxious and has no idea of customer service. I have bought in the shop before but never again and my advice is to steer clear. It was returned within 2 weeks of purchase. 42 pounds. Disgraceful and will be taking it further with Quick Silver.

I’m a regular customer at this shop. I buy a lot of the brands online too as a Boardriders member. Bought a Roxy dress from this shop worn and washed once and it shrunk. Tried to ask for an exchange as it’s a faulty item. Was fobbed off by staff. Will never shop there again. Very disappointing bad image on the brands they sell.

Can't thank you all enough, especially Dale for all his assistance, took me back through skateboard history. Bones wheels, independent trucks..vans. Dale was surprised when he heard I wore vans when they weren't a thing back in the 1970s. Look the shop will be back soon as I was in a rush and complete my retail therapy.

My daughter bought a cardigan a couple of days ago but changed her mind and tried returning it but was refused a refund. The people in that shop have no customer service skills, the talk the greatest load of bs. The upshot was she keep the crappie cardigan or choose something else no way they were giving a refund! My advice steer clear of this shop!

Definitely wouldn't go here again - purchased jacket for Xmas, partner wanted to change style - extreme Central are happy enough to help when you purchasing but not happy when you return. Very rude, brisk service, basically dismissed! Wouldn't exchange, wouldn't refund and wouldn't give a credit note!! Which is silly as you can only spend there! They get round this by saying item was in sale, however, an item can't be a sale item unless its been displayed with a legal listing price previously, which they don't do. Go to a reputable shop who gives you proper, decent return & excellent customer service whether you buy or return, rather than Extreme Central (outlet store) - so I wouldn't recommend.
