   I was looked after by Arabella last week. The store was quite busy , she was kind, friendly , knowledgeable and really efficient. She folded my item with care, took my email for the receipt, she understood why I wanted a paper receipt and then, put the paper receipt in the pocket of the coat for safe keeping .I really enjoyed the Interaction. She is a credit to the store.

   As everyone else mentioned, sales ladies are great here unlike most other chain- shop places now a days. I went to click and collect the order today and ended up buying few other things. Annette, did all the best she could do for me including giving 10% additional off on the already discounted items and negating price of an energy bar. She was so cool and calm even at the end of the day, specially around the time when they close for the day. Miriam makes good team member too, will buy again, in store if possible…
