   I just wanna thank Emily tonight for her amazing and speedy assistance! I was dreading coming in to exchange my pyjamas as I had bought the wrong size, I don’t usually have good staff experiences in this Primark, so I was so so so grateful for Emily’s positive attitude and she sorted me out in 5 mins! I asked to exchange and pay the difference AND use a gift card, so I really hit her with everything and she was just so professional xx

   It’s claimed that it was “Not too busy” but although the store was just that the Cash Desks were extremely poor! Upstairs tills were closed and downstairs just 3 assistants working although the queue stretched right back onto the shop floor - Miserable!!

   Outrage what a horrible place this one worker I looked at the name badge noor or something she was so rude wouldn’t help me then when I asked if what I want was in the back she then had the Audacity to say to me how about u give it me in the back side then when I said now she then shouted at me telling me to get out before how rude never gonna come back and u be waiting in Que for ages I suggest u need get rid of people

   Its hard to get parked on Saturdays from lunchtime onwards. A good selection of stock over 2 floors . The stock is tidied and folded quickly.

   Always looks a mess, items dumped, clothes on the floor and staff stood around talking in big groups rather than filling shelves back up. We didn't buy anything as all sizes we wanted were not in stock unless they were out the back and the colleague didn't actually check properly when we asked.

   Very very very busy, so many young staff just stood around chatting in groups. Place was a mess random stuff just chucked everywhere.

   First time visiting and I loved it. There was so much choice at reasonable prices. Really well set out and very spacious. Will definitely visit there again. Good place to go for Christmas.
