   I don't particularly like leaving reviews, but the customer service I received today was appalling from one individual. Went to pay and the woman behind the till was clearly unhappy to be there which doesn't matter much to me, we've all had those days. What I wasn't expecting was for her to lose her patience with my 10 year old sister as she was handing her the clothes. The woman leaned across the counter, snatched the clothes out of my sisters hands and continued to have a passive aggressive attitude for the rest of the payment process. No matter how hard a day she was having, I can't quite understand her justification for being so rude and unpleasant

   Excellent customer service. I was looking for specific jeans they I couldn't find. When paying for an alternative at the till, I mentioned the name of the jean's and the Manager instantly went to storeroom to check, coming back with the exact jeans I wanted. Will definitely be back.

   Nice. Clean and tidy, helpful staff, could have had more tills open as there was a queue and it's Christmas shopping season! The store was busy, there were sales on and would have made sense.

   1st time in this store since lockdown as it's only just recently opened. Staff was very professional and explained new changes when entering the store.. I purchased some great bargains in the sale too!
