Bought two bikes from the guys here and both have been great! No issues at all, easy to arrange repairs with, mainly done the same day and do not rip you off! Good honest advice even if that means you pay less for the items you are enquiring about, which is rare in todays world! 10/10 would recommend to everyone!
We've had problems since buying two bikes for my sons. But when they sell you faulty replacement parts, it's a complete scam, and they even tell you you damaged it. We'll never use this store again. Total failure.Totally poor service from Rob trying to convince me that the faulty part was damaged by me.there is no point in spending even a penny on this store. The best answer is to sell someone defective junk take the money and tell them not to come back, a very honest answer.

Great customer service from start to final collection. Good and helpful advice as to size we required as we only had inside leg measurements. Was able to source bikes we wanted from other stores that you didn't have at our Bedford branch. Kids loved them.
Friendly, helpful & expert service from the staff at Cycle King Bedford. We've bought several bikes here in the past and always satisfied. I had assumed, being a specialist bike shop, that they'd be a little more expensive but, for our latest purchase, we compared the range in a chain store that also sells bikes and Cycle King were cheaper in many cases.
First class experience. Ordered my bike via the website one evening, the branch phoned me at 9am the next morning advising bike would be ready for collection within the hour. Friendly staff in store, bike rides like a dream, and a free service offered after 8 weeks.
Electric scooter set alight and the battery melted 3 times. not willing to refund, due to now being out of warranty. Scooter not fit for purpose. Consumer Rights Act 2015 should be considered. Absolutely ridiculous. Suppliers were happy to verify the refund, as stated in their emails, but cycle king refused to do anything.
I had a good experience on my first couple of visits. They helped me understand the cycle scheme and helped me through the process. When it came time to collect the cycle they thoroughly serviced it before handing it over which I was very thankful for. The staff were patient, knowledgable and very helpful. Even though I appreciate that they fitted the lights on the bike for me, one of the lights fitted was a cheaper product than I paid for and the other light doesn't actually work. Something that I should have double checked before I left
It's been a while I've searched this place and found it. The service I received in this place was good and am grateful for the great service I received. Am also happy that they don't overprice the cost of fixing/repairing my bike. I was told to buy a bike from there instead of eBay to avoid extra cost. That shows they care about my spending and needing to be wise with the money. In the near future I will purchase the mountain bike from there instead online. For now I will have a used bike from my uncle and it's actually better than mine. I'll still make sure in the future I purchase there unless the business is moved to another location, I'll keep it mind.
