We had a very nice lunch at the buffet. Michael was very friendly and helpful. When my partner said he was vegetarian, he went above and beyond to make sure there would be nice vegetarian options on the buffet! We were very happy!
Delicious food, good service and staff very friendly. Michael was the manager today. Slight issue with ordering as the adult buffet all in wouldn’t go through but staff were happy to help and process it manually. Very quiet in the restaurant today but a lovely atmosphere nonetheless. Thank you to the whole team.
Had such a lovely experience. We were served by Thomas, and myself and my partner both commented between ourselves that his customer service was so brilliant. Such a breath of fresh air. Food was really great too.
Had amazing time dining in for our dinner. Reece made all of our experience exceptional while paying attention to details and making sure we were comfortable the whole time. Great ambience and customer service. Will definitely be returning. Keep up the good work.
My daughter and I had lunch there, lots of people, staff were quite efficient and polite. Helpful staff. We are satisfied with the website. We chose the buffet and had the opportunity to try several types of pizza, the dough and ingredients were good, but I had the impression that they all tasted similar. You can feel that time is passing. Recommend for the whole family if you are a pizza fan. I wasn't impressed with the additions and drinks. But my daughter liked the pepperoni pizza.
Very much enjoyed the unlimited salad and the vegan & gluten-free pizza. Nearly everything in the salad bar is vegan, which is great for everyone! Friendly and quick service, easy parking at the front along the beach too.
Our first time in Aberdeen. Visiting the Beach Boulevard was a treat after a Hospital visit and Pizza Hut a treat for lunch. My gluteus free pizza was absolutely delicious, and twins loved their twin choice. View over the beach to watch the ships was gorgeous. It was a grey day where sky and water were barely divisible, but that didn't spoil the beauty of it. It was a quiet day, which was good for us, but I can imagine it is very busy in the summer. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Smaller selection than normally expected from PH but unlimited bar good choice. Remote ordering system but confusing and not well explained but luckily staff was here to assist. Overall decor gloomy and not very inviting.
Excellent food as always. Service was brilliant and the lad that was at our table serving joined in the wee bit of banter we were having with him. The in house 18.99 meal deal was worth it.
Some differences in ordering and eating due to covid. Now orders are placed online and using your location and table number food arrives to your table once ready. I feel this is more efficient as you are not waiting on someone taking your order and waiting for the bill etc. Tables are spaced out and there are plenty hygiene facilities. The buffet is still open for order but comes with key differences. There is no longer a help yourself section as expected however you may select your first pizza for order on the website and select your free salad. The buffet also comes with conplimentary tortilla chips and garlic bread pieces. You may also pick your drinks to come to your table along with any sides. Once you receive your first pizza we were asked whether we knew if we wanted to order another pizza and if we knew which toppings we wanted. Quick friendly service and very competitive pricing at only £8.50 A good experience!
