By far the most friendly Pizza Hut that we've been to. They have buffet menu before 3 pm where you can have all the pizza and salad you want for 9.90. The staff there are super friendly, attentive but not pushing at all, making the entire experience very pleasant.
Popped in while I was waiting for my train. Had a simple individual pan pizza, it came quickly and was rather delicious. Staff member Dillon was very helpful. Couldn’t really ask for more for such an impromptu, quick meal.
I went here first lunch and tried the lunch buffet which runs during the weekdays. Staff is very friendly and got me seated quickly. The buffet is continuously supplied with freshly made pizzas which were all very good. There is a pasta option but it was very soggy so left it alone. The salad bar is very good and agin continuously topped up by the staff. In all a very good deal for 9.99. The only glitch was during the payment. James my server asked if wanted a receipt,which I declined. He then proceeded to tap in my bill 9.99and I paid by card. I immediately got a message saying payment of 99.99 and the port which was facing the server, slightly off my sight showed 99.99. I pointed that out and got the payment reversed. I then paid in my right amount and the server left in a hurry. Lesson learnt always be careful and ask for receipt especially where you have tricky deal numbers.
Was greeted by a young female, telling us that they won't accept cash, i asked why, she couldn't tell me, unprofessional. Then i did get a table for two, the food was lovely the service was okay. When i was still eating my food, the female staff member came over and started to clear our table, this is unacceptable, people should be able to finish their food without disruption, this shows bad service. Will i be back maybe.
Went here for a spot of lunch this past Saturday and honestly the food was lack lustre compared to other locations. The pizza (Personal pan, pepperoni) came in it’s original pan, not realising it was still hot I did burn my thumb a little trying to rip a piece of my food off, so fair warning to you all! The fries were probably the worst part of the meal, no salt and it felt like eating fried cardboard. Weirdly dense chips?? The staff were lovely and the atmosphere was good!
My kids love Pizza Hut. The Mac and cheese is to die for! The pizzas are great too. Our waitress was amazing! I placed the order through the QR code and ordered the wrong pizza, only realising when it was served. She was quick to offer to replace it for what I originally wanted even though it was entirely my mistake.
As a visitor from Norwich, I found the staff,food,service and atmosphere brilliant.we arrived with our young baby and we were found a seat by the service team immediately with no issues of us taking a pram in. We were greeted and politely seated by a young lad who gave us our menu and gave us time to work out our drinks and food..we had our drinks and while waited struck up conversations with friendly locals who were really nice and informative about the area we was visiting. Then came the food. Absolutely brilliant with no issues what so ever.both me and my partner had mouth watering,wonderfuly cooked food. I forgot how good a pizza experience could be. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely visit a second time round if I visit Aberdeen again. A must for anyone who visits union Square
Great food and great service, but I won't be back and will advise anyone with young children to avoid until this issue is addressed. I went with my partner and her 9yo daughter recently, and after our delicious food I went to the toilet. While standing at the urinal, I became aware that if someone came in while I was mid pee or "shaking off" and any women or girls happened to walk past at the same time, they would have a completely unobstructed view of any man fully exposed. I raised this concern later with my partner and felt I had to raise it with you. I have young children of my own and I certainly won't be bringing them there until it's dealt with no matter how good the food and service is. I trust you will address this concern sooner rather than later. Thanks. Stephen.
Our experience with Pizza Hut in Aberdeen has been lovely! We were welcomed in even when all other eating places had closed in the shopping mall. Manager Maciej has been very kind to also inform us about 2 pizzas for 1 on Tuesday offer! Overall the pizza quality was good and we were happy customers! Definitely returning back due to the high customer service.
