   I experienced an issue with Uber Eats charging my account for orders I did not place. Unlike many chain restaurants that are quick to defer responsibility when delivery services are involved, the manager, Sam, went above and beyond to assist me. He not only took the time to address the situation but also personally ensured it was resolved. In my experience, this level of customer service is exceptional and truly unmatched.

   This place used to be a solid choice but the last few times have been a bit of a disaster. Our favourite waiter Ray seems to have gone missing and the rest of the team appear to be struggling to keep the place together, messing up our orders and giving us attitude. Not cool.

   This is one of my favourite pizza expresses in the country....love that it looks out onto the shopping mall and you can people watch. Better when not full but that's the case for most restaurants! Staff friendly and attentive on two recent visits. Allowing enough time between courses so you don't feel rushed but attending if you need them to. Pizzas perfect crispy bases and scrummy toppings. Tiramasu was lovely...we shared just cos I'm on a diet.....not as good as mine but very nice. Coffee and wine good too.

   Me and my boyfriend haven never been before but the food was amazing and we loved our server Simona! She was super attentive, really lovely! The service was fast but you didn't feel pushed to hurry your food. We will definitely come back soon! Thank you

   We went for lunch today(28.01.23) with my Family. I did not expect much , but I was pleasantly surprised . The staff was hardworking ,very kind and attentive, despite being super busy. The drinks were good, and the pizza we had was woow. I used to always pick Mozza next door, but I will visit here in the future if I would like to eat a fresh ,thin ,crust ,crispy roman style pizza. Well done to the team .

   Had a table booked for 5:30 arrived a couple minutes earlier and got sat down pretty quickly. We had to wait around 30 minutes to get our order taken even though there were around 5 more families in the restaurant. We waited a further 35 for our order as the waitress forgot to put it in and only received our drinks after we asked them where they were. This brought us to around 6:35 and the restaurant closes at 7 so they were openly looking at us and backhandedly telling us to finish our food. The pizza was great but overall not a great experience.

   Not too crowded, service was fast. The menu is correct and prices are ok. The restaurant is well lit and spacious. It is very clean and the waiting staff are pleasant.

   Absolute waste of time, took over an hour to get some pizzas and they call themselves EXPRESS PAHAHAHAHAHA, 20min until we got asked for our drinks order, very unhappy looking bunch that obviously didn't want to be there. Won't be back which is unfortunate as when my 10inch margarita that took 60mins finally found me it was rather tasty. I'd like to add that they had 6 customers and were not busy, I'd hate to witness a busy day. Final thing...... No straws is shocking behaviour.
