My fiancee picked this pizza up for us and the lovely gentleman upgraded our size free of charge. Even though we only ordered cheese and tomato pizza the flavour was truly divine. Delicious food and amazing value - I’ll be returning.
Had a bad experience with Snappy a while ago but thought I'd give them another try as have been a customer for years when it was good. Wrong pizza was delivered, phoned the store to say and the guy that answered sounded like he couldn't care less, had to ask for an apology. The right pizza was then sent but poor quality, was chewy and the sauce didnt taste as good as it used to. The driver was polite, only good thing about the experience. Won't be ordering from here again. - the response from the owner is the same generic post that other customer complaints have reviewed, some of those are weeks old, it's not rocket science to make good dough, place has gone so downhill, the points are a waste as wouldn't feed a dog the pizzas from there
Ordered from here tonight for the first time in a while - BBQ Chicken Wings and my usual thick crust pizza. Hand on heart the worst food I’ve ever ordered. Chicken wings that had clearly been cooked more than once and completely incinerated to the point that it was impossible to even take a bite. Then the pizza, couldn’t believe they let anyone eat that never mind leave their kitchen. I wouldn’t feed it to the dog. There was nothing thick about it, it was like a paper thin tortilla base (I wish it was because at least then it would have been edible) with the driest toughest toppings and a completely different tomato sauce . Managed 2 bites and chucked the rest in the bin. What a disappointment, wish I’d read the latest reviews. Fully expecting the same copy and paste job that everyone else has received lately. I was also told on the phone I’d receive a refund so here’s hoping otherwise I’ll be making a visit to collect said refund.
Totally different and truly awful pizza. Used to be cracking and a real treat. Pizzas are now smaller, dough is tasteless, dough is more like a biscuit. Not the place it used to be. Even the boxes are cheap and nasty plain cardboard. A real shame to see a good place completely ruined by new owners.
AVOID. As long time customers, my family placed our usual order. We waited over an hour and received inedible pizzas, prepared terribly and with lack of care and cooking. They were inedible. As loyal customers my daughter phoned to discuss the issue and give a chance to rectify it with correctly prepared pizzas. Instead the man on the phone said she lacked knowledge of what a cooked pizza is, said she was chancing her luck and just lying to get her money back and that she should go elsewhere. This man was absolutely disgustingly rude to my daughter, he made her cry on the phone with his unreasonable attitude and I would never recommend here to anyone ever. They had taken our money and provided nothing edible and not even an apology, only abuse that was completely uncalled for. My son then went to the store with the inedible pizzas and again the man was abusive, reluctantly refunded but said to my son “do you know how stupid you sound to me?” And then on the way out told him to never order from there again- as if anyone would after terrible food and literal verbal abuse from the incapable and unprofessional person who thinks abusing customers suddenly makes it okay.
Nae problems at all wi mi allergens even got order early pizza was nice just perfect fur eatin juice was cauld way should b n delievry guy was v polite .
Had a pre Order for 5:55 today! The food Came Part cold. Mozzarella Sticks Hard, Onion Rings not cooked. Re used polly Box with Chunks out it! FREEZING cold Chips and Cheese! At least my Bottle Of Cola Came cold like the rest! Ridiculous! Tried to get refunded and Denied!
Please dont order from here. The pizza was so greasy and had literally no taste. The texture was plastic and it just felt so unhealthy. The loaded potato skins were tasteless and a real let down. This was the worst home delivery I have ever had. We actually binned it after 1 'slice'
Food on time, but was let down by taste. Nothing really exciting , did not scintillate my taste buds. For the price I would have expected better.
