Idiot delivery driver parked on my lawn instead of my 4 car driveway (which had plenty of room!) and tore up the grass. Who drives a motorbike onto somebodies lawn?!
Outsourced their delivery to uber, so delivery took 40 minutes from the app saying the pizza is ready. It's only 9 minutes drive. Food was barely warm. Overall ordered midweek at 530 and food didn't arrive till 640. Pizza is meant to be fast. Will not order again.
Waited over an hour for order to arrive (we live 5 minutes away). Missing items from order and wrong items. Called the shop, was continuously told “he said he’s put the items in your order”. Despite me trying every possible way of saying they were the wrong items and items were missing, I was repeatedly told “you’ll have to wait til later it’s busy” followed by “he says he’s already delivered to you”. Politely, you didn’t understand what I was saying. I asked to speak to someone else, and was hung up on.
We've always ordered from here but I am not sure whether there's been a change in staff etc but this place seems to have gone downhill. Hardly any cheese on one of our pizzas, toppings were sparse and the olives were missing from 'the works' . The delivery was longer than usual too. Very disappointed.
Please guys don’t waste your time on buying pizza from this place because when you tell them to put a thing on the pizza they don’t and when you don’t tell them to put a thing on a pizza they do-disgusting customer service.
Unprofessional tonight. Order said ready to collect, it was not. A member of staff shouting at a member of staff in full view of customers. Wasn't great to see nor was it a professional way to deal with staff.
I thought I’d try the Butternut Squash base as I require Gluten Free. We collected the order. Pizza looked good but for £17 I think I’ll stick to frozen ones. It was okay, but nothing special. It didn’t seem to have enough cheese. Also had the tater tots and buffalo cauliflower but they were cold. We collected 3 mins after the tracking said it was ready so no idea how it was cold
It's unfortunate for Papa John's that they linked me to a complete save vouchers scheme. Becareful what you sign up for. Took me a while to notice and a £6saving then led to the most expensive pizza I ever bought as money dripped from my account each month. I have to accept liability as should monitor my account more, but obviously thought I was just ordering a pizza and was eager to get done. By papa John's signing up with these people I will never buy here again and recommend others do the same. Cheaper in the long run.
Picked up pizzas for dinner and they were ready in 15 minutes. Just what I wanted. The pizzas went down very well with both of us. Large pepperoni and a large 'all the meats' aka a meatfeast were great. I would be very happy to have these again.
