   I had planned a day trip to Southampton and was researching for ages on where to get food, I was torn between herbies pizza and another Chinese takeaway, I’m glad I chose herbies! The pizza was only 9.99 for a large (a deal for collection) so my expectations weren’t super high but I was impressed! Personally I don’t like a super crunchy crust and their crust was soft with the perfect amount of crunch and tasted amazing! The pizza took around 15 mins to cook which is understandable as it’s cooked fresh. It wasn’t too greasy and came with a garlic and herb dip. The guy at the counter was lovely too. I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Southampton!

   Don't use this service, I ordered a pizza and did not receive it, no updates from their online tracker and no one answers the phone. They basically stole £16 from me and didnt deliver anything ignoring any kind of contact.

   Order £ 4.99 Burger including can of 7 UP. The Burger was VERY POOR Cheap meat from frozen. The sort of Burger you would get at a SCHOOL CANTEEN. Nothing like the Photo on the Glass door. One Star for service any who cared about what they serviced would not service this CHEAP PRODUCT.

   Cold, missing a dip, soggy chips. They should not be soggy for a 5 minute drive. £5.50 for 15 little portion of popcorn chicken, even says large on the menu. Definitely wasn't large

   On just eat they have x2 restaurants, herbies pizza and Bitterne chicken . avoid them , if any complaints they contact via mobile phone and demand a reason for complaint of food or missing items , very rude and disrespectful.

   I live local, I've seen tons of old bad reviews so I think I should give a more recent view of how things are. Guys at the counter are nice, pizzas are good and very cheap compared to the bigger places we all know of. Conveniently located, parking is an issue. Got better deals if you can pick up, only tried their pizzas multiple times so can't vouch for other items.

   Ordered 3 burgers and chips and potato skins with bacon . There was 1 small piece of bacon on each skin which is really bad and the skin wasn't crispy as it should be!!! As a chef I am embarrassed for this take away ! The burgers were just thrown together and the chips were hard , all pointing to reheated chips!! I have a sensitive stomach so I know I'll be feeling rough tonight!! If you don't care about what you serve it might be time to get out of the business! Won't be ordering from here again. My daughter has left 3 quarters of her meal because it's made her sick.

   We have just had the most succulent burger and chicken steak burgers. Both were amazing. Chips a tad too crunchy and standard frozen chips (could be a lot better) onion rings were underdone which is a shame because the burgers were amazing. The dip was missing from the order, but no big deal. I'd still return for the burgers, and they alone deserve the 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
