Didn’t receive cheese and garlic sauce with dips. Pizza was stone cold. Also, no sauce was put on the top the pizza as it shows in the picture
Ordered a pizza got cancelled by the store, called the store as instructed. Woman who barely speaks english says no problem not cancelled, then not recieved order, then something i generally cannot understand. Thiefs no refund issued DO NOT USE
Disappointing I was told one price over the phone and when I went to collect a different price. I had a voucher for buy 1 get 1 free and when I try redeem it they charged me more. A female staff in there was there was very rude over the phone. Terrible customer service. I have taken a video and will be filing a complaint via email.
Not very happy with this Papa John’s delivery! Not handled with care at all by the delivery driver who appeared to be from ubereats. On arrival, he rotated his delivery bag 90 degrees (!), and on producing the food half of it had spilled out of the box into the bag. He then stood there with handfuls of chicken poppers, attempting to hand them back to me.
Nice Pizza, like the base would maybe have liked a little more base sauce on my topping. The cleanliness of the shop front maybe not the best for health.
Poor service. Poor food. Pizza arrived 2 hours late, the drivers (yes two of them as it was in their way home from work) offered me a boost energy drink as they forgot our drinks. Pizza was cold and am 99% sure my friend got food poisoning from the pepperoni pizza.
You seriously need to change your pizza boxes!! We ordered 2 XXL pizzas yesterday, and the chemical smell from the boxes was awful! It ruined the flavour of the pizzas. We will not be ordering again from your establishment!!
Not what you'd expect for £28 for 2 pizzas on a deal! Called to complain, first guy I spoke to was great. He said he'd replace the food now or next time. I said I'd do it next time as Papa John's was my go to, maybe it was just a 1 off. Next time I called to claim said pizzas I was told I wasn't aloud to claim now and it was a different manager. She wouldn't give me her name but she sounded young and of Indian accent (only way to describe her). Her customer service skills were awful. Ended up taking it further with the complaint.. no reply as of yet. So £28 down as it stands, hopefully il get a reply, who knows. Never again!
Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a pizza only for two delivery drivers to turn up with three pizzas not knowing which was mine. Confirmed order number which they could not find so they then left leaving me with no pizza and said they would come back which they never did. I was left with two hungry children and £20 out of pocket!! Will not use again I am disgusted!!!
Ordered 4 pizzas for my ward last night, marked as delivered (incorrectly) at 12:25, called over ten times to try to find out where our pizzas were to no reply. A friend finally got through (on his first ring), and food arrived shortly after, but almost an hour after it was ‘delivered’. It was missing the energy drinks we ordered, and was quite lukewarm, but otherwise tasty. Poor rating for the awful communication, only salvaged by the fact that we did actually get our pizzas in the end.
