Wish I read the reviews. What a dump. Incorrect orders, crap made food and no care in the world. Some places you order once and once only and this is it. This isn’t the Pizza Hut I know, someone had bought a franchise and running it to the ground. Bombay Pizza Hut
I used to be a loyal customer of this place. The food used to arrive quickly and hot. Now I'm lucky to get it an hour after I've ordered and it's always lukewarm. Haven't ordered for a while but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt only to get mugged off again. Waited over an hour for lukewarm pizza and a missing dip. Maybe they're sending multiple orders out at once to save on fuel. It's actually amazing how downhill the service has gone over the past year or so. If it was a independent takeaway they'd be long gone by now without having the brand name to rely on. Leaving reviews probably won't change much but all I can say really is AVOID AVOID AVOID
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. I paid for extra olives, but shortly after placing the order I received a call asking to replace the topping as the olives were unavailable. Which I was happy to agree to. When my order finally arrived, AFTER the expected delivery time, it contained the wrong dips (BBQ instead of sweet chilli). It further was missing the vanilla ice cream with my cookie dough. When I called to ask about this I got an extremely disrespectful response. I got told that the dips were unavailable so they were just replaced with whatever was available. Why was I not informed of this? And then got told ‘the ice cream was meant to be free anyway’. But I still paid for the rest of my order? After all this, the person on the phone said they will send me a new cookie dough with ice cream. When this eventually arrived, the box had a disgusting message written on it. The absolute audacity for this store and its workers to write this on the box of food for a paying customer. Why? Because I called to ask about the items missing/things gone wrong about my order. What do I need to be grateful for? I paid for my food. You sent me a free cookie dough because of how badly you messed up my order. If this is the standard for Pizza Hut then I will happily take my business elsewhere. But you may want to check the standard of your hiring process if this is the quality of your staff hired.
Great service and tasty food at Pizza Hut Shirley! Had a lovely time dining here — the staff were friendly, polite, and made us feel very welcome. The pizza was hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings just the way we like it. The salad bar was well-stocked and clean, and the kids really enjoyed the dessert station too! Perfect spot for a casual family meal or a quick bite with friends. Will definitely visit again soon!
We are regular customers to Pizza hut. Their pizza is one of the best in the UK. We had two medium size half and half pizza and they were very tasty. The beef sizzler is my favourite whereas its the margarita who my partner likes the most. The cheesy nachos is my favourite side and its so delicious. Their delivery is always on time as it was today. The Prices gone up by a bit for the same pizzas that we used to have (hence a missing star).
Horrific experience My order was marked as delivered on their tracking system, despite nothing showing up. I called to check and got told it had just been sent for delivery. 20 mins later there’s still no sign of my order so I phone again. The manager answers this time to try and say it’s out for delivery again. The order never arrived, the manager refused to give me his name or a refund. Not even an apology. Avoid at all costs and stick to dominos. Shameful service
Tasteless pizza, really lack flavour and any texture. Dough is tasteless. There was also no taste in the toppings and pizza saus. I m never buying from pizza hut again. Like Italy it's time for pizza hut to close in uk.
What happened to the taste I have come to love. Has any one noticed the change in the taste of pizzas from pizza hut. Just got for the family meal and even my kids noticed the difference in the taste. Please what happened.
We had the open buffet, the real taste of Pizza Hut, feel full cause too much food , Enjoyed our lunch
