One of the guys locked me out and was shouting at my girlfriend who was still inside before closing time. Said guy was also rude and horrible to me not worth the stress for a mediocre kebab.
Ordered food through uber eats, since ordering an hour and a half ago, when calling the restaurant asking about the whereabouts, they were of no help but saying it would be 10 minutes and quite aggravated when called a second time, 30 minutes after the first call we were told it had been picked up 40 minutes prior to being delivered. Food finally arrived an hour after it was supposed to with the driver lying about pick up time, saying it was just picked up. Food does taste nice but save yourself the hassle of delivery and pick up
This place was absolutely horrendous! I'm not someone who usually leaves reviews but in this instance I simply had too. When we arrived it was 5pm on a Saturday and we had to wait for at least 5 mins as no one came from the back to the counter, so I should have known and just left there and then. The woman who served us was miserable and very unhelpful. We ordered a mushroom burger, a chicken burger with no cheese and a portion of chips for £15. Let's start with the mushroom burger, it'd clearly been cooked before and reheated, you could tell by the rock hard edges but also the fact we heard the ping of the microwave and didn't see any grilling at all. The meat was just about passable for beef, the salad was wilted and old, didn't get asked if we wanted it just got thrown in and it had mayo even though I said no sauce. Then theres the mushrooms, there were no more than 5 slices and they were all raw, they hadn't seen any kind of heat at all. Now for the chicken burger, and I use the word chicken loosely, I don't even know where to start on guessing what meat that was. It was an overly processed oval patty and the inside was almost a grey colour, I have never seen chicken like that in my life, if that was actually chicken. Again it seemed like it had been reheated, same wilted salad and no mayo even though I'd asked for it so had to scrape it from one roll to the other. Onto the chips and compared to the rest they were surprisingly pretty good to be honest. I should have looked at reviews before going but we were passing, hungry and needed something fast. So thought we could nip in and have a quick meal as they seemed like one of the only places with tables. How bad could it be, how wrong was I!
I just picked up a chicken and chips and when I opened at home the smell and taste of the meat didn't seem to be right so I took it back to ask for my money back but they refused....no more to say, but the authorities should check this place that whay I will do a complain with them
Ordered via deliveroo. Never arrived. Called the restaurant over 5 times and no answer. Deliveroo also could not get hold of them. Finally answered and claimed they attempted to deliver and called but no one answered the door. No missed call or any attempt to knock the door. Staff very rude and don’t attempt to apologise or rectify the situation. Be mindful of the reviews and avoid this place!
Very disappointed, spent £40 including delivery charge and a service fee, for food from this place, driver turned up 30minutes late from expected arrival with just 1 item and it was a side dish of my whole order, call the restaurant to see what was going on they were very rude and didn't make much sense then just hung up on me, they're robbing us all, I called again t9ld them what was missing they said they will remake it and get it delivered, 2 hours pass and I still haven't receive anything attempting to contact the restaurant and its just calling, they won't answer me. Very upsetting and robbing, I hope I get my money back.
I want to write a review that helps them improve. I ordered vegetarian pizza. The pizza was very cheesy I almost could not see the vegetables there. It tasted of cheese only and was very greesy. Please use a lot less cheese and more fresh vegetables. I ate less than half of it and could not finish the rest. I will not pay another 16£ for this kind of pizza. The dough was fine. Delivery was good.
If I could put 0 Stars, I would. I never usually write reviews but after the disgusting service I had from Romeo Kebab and Pizza, i needed to share my experience. This was my very first time ordering from this place. I ordered on Tuesday morning at 3am, the individual delivering the order goes to the wrong address, then calls me and I miss the call, I call back 2 minutes later, with no response, I call another 2 times with no response. He then calls me to say that he just left, and won't deliver my food. I tell him that this is ridiculous and he yells down the phone being rude and condescending. After going to the wrong address, missing my calls back, and then refusing to deliver my food... he yells at me. I will be asking for a refund during business hours and then I will never order from here ever again.
Tried this place today. Chips and salad was okay but the meat was really nasty. The meals took 2.3 hours to arrive. Very rude when I called them. Wouldn't recommend there meat atall. See for your self when you order.
