   Everything is wonderful!The steak was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender. The Romano salad was fresh and flavorful, with a perfect balance of ingredients that made each bite delightful. And the chicken have a nice char on the outside. Also, the seafood pasta was outstanding, with a rich and savory sauce that complemented the seafood beautifully. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious and well-prepared meals.

   I was really looking forward to visiting this restaurant, as I've been telling my family for weeks how much I wanted to try it since I live just down the street. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing, and I left feeling embarrassed for hyping it up. To start, the service left a lot to be desired. Our server had an attitude that, while it may not have been intentional, was off-putting enough to upset my family. This set a negative tone for the evening. The food was a mixed bag. The prawns and calamari appetizer had potential, but the calamari was slightly soggy, which was disappointing. The lasagna, unfortunately, was a bigger letdown—it was far too sour and more like a soup than an actual lasagna. The pizza was edible but unremarkable, offering nothing special. I was really hoping to try the tartar, but my family decided we should just finish what we ordered and leave, opting to go to a nearby Greek restaurant instead. Given how much I had looked forward to this visit, I can’t help but feel let down, especially considering the prices, which felt steep for the quality of food and service we received. This could have been a great experience, but sadly, it fell short. I hope they take steps to improve because I still think the place has potential. However, for now, I’d hesitate to recommend it.

   The wait staff was very friendly and efficient. My food came out quickly and was delicious. I ordered bruschetta as a starter. It was so fresh and delicious. My meal was the four cheese pizza. The cheeses were so tasty. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed (it feels like you're in Italy). Romano Caffe Pizzeria is excellent.

   This family run restaurant is a real hidden gem in Southampton. The chef and staff are amazing and extremely friendly, which means that the service is definitely world class. The food (pizza) is absolutely delicious and I’m sure it was the best pizza I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this restaurant from whatever occasion.

   Love going places where the servers recognise you from when you used to visit over a year ago! And your favourite custom order pizza has now made its way onto the menu, as it proved so popular with other diners. Not many places in Southampton where you can park right outside...

   Absolutely blown away by this accidental find in Southampton. I'm vegan but my friend isn't and we were both accommodated for. The staff were friendly and informative and advised on what there was on offer for me and how it could be adapted to make vegan. Lovely place, we will be back.

   What a great find. Couldn't fault the excellent thoughtful service. The very lovely Stella was super helpful in helping with gluten free options for me and my children (delicious gluten free pizza and pasta options). She even took the children off my hands for ten minutes so I could drink my coffee in peace. A revelation. We'll definitely be returning. Thanks!

   Cute little family owned pizza place! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they truly make you feel at home. This was the second time coming. The pizzas are amazing, the perfect base and plenty choices for toppings. This time I had the lasagne and it hit the spot! Definitely worth a visit if you’re in ocean village!
