Friendly, great delivery speed, food is delicious and hot as always!! Its good there are always deals, not sure why Dominos is sooooo expensive!!
They're forgot my drink however I said it doesn't matter but the driver who was on at about 6pm Thursday 4th went back without being asked to and got my drink. He deserves a raise.
This domino's a couple of months ago was great me partner and myself both agreed it was one of the best domino's we had eaten. Then all of a sudden quality droped right off i ordered half texas bar b q and half tandoori spicy. It came with texas bar b q and some other topping i never ordered . My partner ordered a vegie pizza with extra pineapple and it came with no pineapple. We gave it the benfit on 3 other occasoins since and they been awfull , lack of bar b q sauce base and toppings thriwn in from a long dintance ie lack of toppings ! When you pay thirty odd quid for top quality pizza you don't expect it to be on a par with something you can buy frozen from aldi. Sort it out testwood domino's i will not be wasting my money with you again .
Pizza was burnt never asked for a charcoal base. Under cooked wedges. Completely disappointed. The prices they charge would think the food quality would be at a better standard.
This is the second order I have placed from Totton in the past three months. First order placed around 6PM order turns up two hours later and stone cold with parts of the order missing, the branch did not care when we phoned. Second order placed at 5.30PM the app is saying delivered at 6.50PM still no pizza, how much longer will we have to wait? Update, food turns up at 7.25PM stone cold. Avoid them
Overall, the staff are extremely friendly and great customer service was given. I leave with a smile every time. However, the waiting time is exceptionally long. Delivery ends up being way shorter than that of collection. The overall environment from a glance appears clean and kept to a nice standard but lacks comfortable seating or environment for those waiting for their pizza in store. The pizza quality can vary from time to time. Sometimes my pizza is left oozing or falling apart leaving me with an annoying inconvenient mess rather than a convenient meal. It appears that issues are coming from that of a corporate environment rather than in store. And with a little bit more vision and money dedicated to in stores. The business would feel a lot more comfortable to be in.
Placed an order this evening. About half an hour ago said pizza was delivered and to tip the driver, however we have still not received the order. I've been trying to call the Totton Dominos 4 times ringing and ringing for last half an hour and they clearly must be refusing to answer and being negligent to their customers. Very frustrating not being able to speak to someone, we have no idea if the app is inaccurate with its tracking, or if our order has been delivered to someone else in error. Terrible experience and Dominos are usually so much more reliable.
Never Again!!! This absolute state of a pizza was delivered to me, via bicycle with absolutely zero care taken. Multiple emails to Domino’s customer service and a case opened via PayPal. The absolute best Domino’s “customer service” could offer was “sorry for the inconvenience” An absolute joke and never again. With the cost of the pizza and now delivery charges on top this is simply unacceptable.
Abysmal service. Ordered with plenty of notice. After 30 minutes after the delivery window of no show. Had the phone put down on me 3 times when I complained after finally being told they had lost the delivery!! Complaint has gone into Dominos and never ordering from there again. I’d rather starve!!
The worst pizza I've ever had. Ordered a Gluten free with vegan cheese & ham. Cost just over £15 (Collection). There is barely any cheese on the pizza. Burnt round the edges. Tiny & cold. Will be going to Sainsbury's next time to get a free from pizza for only £3.75! (which looks more edible). Will never be ordering another Domino's pizza again!
