   ordered a large pizza, but the topping quantity was extremely poor. For a large pizza, the toppings were so minimal that they were barely visible, which was very disappointing for the price paid. When I raised this concern with the staff, instead of acknowledging the issue or even offering an apology, the staff member argued with me about the toppings. There was no apology, no attempt to resolve the issue, and I was simply told to contact the manager as he “couldn’t do anything about it.” Mistakes can happen, but what made this experience worse was the lack of basic customer service and accountability. A simple apology or willingness to help would have made a big difference. Overall, disappointing food quality and even more disappointing customer service. Never in my life I suggest or buy from this shop again

   It was my first time trying Papa Johns and I was excited for a new pizza for experience. However, when it arrived I was disappointed by the lack of cheese and tomato sauce on my pepperoni pizza.. Maybe I got unlucky on this particular occasion? Whilst there was nothing inherently bad about this pizza, unfortunately I just didn't feel it was up to the caliber of the nearby Dominos, Rocco's, or Pizza Hut. Sincerely, your local pizza coniseur.

   try and get the £5 medium pizza with 2 toppings. (only in store) it’s so good, especially for the price. £5 for a takeaway pizza these days is tough to come by. Staff are always friendly too

   Only went to Papa John's because Petronys is shut Mondays. I wish I hadn't, food poisoning from the BBQ meat pizza. Still got 3/4 of it in the fridge I was leaving for leftovers tomorrow that'll be going in the bin the second I can stomach looking at pizza again. Very disappointed, especially since it's not exactly cheap!

   Absolutely the worst pizza ever! I always got my pizza from PJ's in Shirley before Totton opened and it is a far cry better! Sadly I can't post the pictures of the "so called pizza", it was a joke! I did complain to management and they offered refund, a month later and still nothing. It's not the money it is the principal!!! Customer service is as bad as the food. Don't waste your time, go to the one in Shirley

   This papajohns is appalling compared to the shirley one where I used to order (Moved house). Its constantly late (jokes on them, I get a fiver off everytime its late , not that it makes a difference to a huge chain like PJs) Its still on the " cutting and checking" after 50 minutes of placing the order. They never include the extra dips that I pay for (49p each btw is a rip off for extra dips).
