   Absolutely appalling experience from start to finish. I placed an order for a single pizza and wedges at 5:00 PM, with a confirmed delivery time of 5:40 PM. At 6:00 PM—twenty minutes past the deadline—there was still no sign of food. ​I called the shop multiple times and was met with nothing but dismissive excuses. I was repeatedly told "it’s 5 minutes away," which was clearly a lie to get me off the phone. When I challenged the delay, the worker actually had the nerve to complain to me that they were "busy with 50 other pizzas." As a paying customer, being told I’m an inconvenience because they can’t manage their kitchen is insulting. ​They tried to blame roadworks and traffic, but Google Maps showed a 22-minute travel time while their driver took 50 minutes. It’s obvious they forgot the order and rushed it out at the last second. By the time it arrived, the pizza was lukewarm and average at best, and the wedges were barely warm. Total lack of accountability and shocking customer service. I will never spend a penny here again.

   Half my order was missing. Fast delivery (it was 1am so..) pizza was just fine, nothing really special, the same as a lot of places with these generic wholesale ingredients. I didnt receive all my order yet was still charged fully and just eat is refusing to help.

   The “Buy One Get One Free” deal is misleading — we paid £14 and got two tiny 7-inch personal pizzas. They missed an extra dip, the tables were dirty, and a loud, aggressive customer at the counter made the experience uncomfortable while staff did nothing. Overpriced, incomplete, and unpleasant — won’t be coming back.

   I visited Caprino Pizza 2nd time today, and I must say it was a great experience! Under the new management, the taste of the pizza was absolutely delicious — fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. I also noticed that the cleanliness of the place was top-notch, and the staff was very polite and cooperative. Definitely coming back again!

   Terrible service, mediocre at best food. Orderd a delivery, food was late and cold. Restaurant then lied about circumstances and what happened to try and save face. If the manager is interested I have to calls and texts message exchange logs with the delivery person saved.

   Ordered a delivery to be delivered to my office for a specific time but got a phone call from the shop to say they had got stuck in traffic and it would be a further specific time period before delivery. I took this to mean that they couldn't guarantee the temperature due to traffic so would be refiring it. At the specified time given they arrived and the pizzas were piping hot. We had three different types and each one was absolutely delicious, will definitely consider using them again and recommend to my work colleagues.

   I don't leave reviews often but had to in this case. This is by far the tastiest pizza I've had and it beats all the high Street brands! Very surprised and the staff were lovely! Highly recommended!

   1.5 hrs to deliver a food (9mins 2.9miles away via google) Food arrived lukewarm amd was refused refund. Shop has habbit of delivering lukewarm food as per justEat reviews. Shocking customer service. 0/5 wont buy again
