   Walked in, strange little man took 10 minutes to take our order. Then, proceeded to take 35 minutes to make our food despite it being straight from the freezer. We paid for a chicken filet burger and got a hockey puck of chicken scraps. When I attempted to ask for ketchup, the old gentleman with a cap scoffed at me and shook his fist. Awful service, bad food, and not an experience I would recommend.

   I placed an order for Halwa Puri from Herbies Pizza over the phone, which was for collection. When I took it home and opened the order, it turned out to be an extremely poor-quality Halwa Puri. The puri was simply bread fried in oil, and the halwa was completely tasteless. It did not feel like standard-quality food at all. I called them to complain and told them that they show a very attractive picture on the menu just to attract customers, but in reality, their food is not good at all. Instead of talking to me politely, the person who attended the call made me feel as if he was blaming me. I told him that I ordered according to their menu, but the food was neither according to the menu nor what Halwa Puri should be like. However, he spoke very rudely and disconnected the call. Therefore, I will never order food from this shop again. Not only was the food substandard, but the customer service was also zero percent.

   Fantastic flavoured pizza. Large range of topping options! Nice staff who greets us every time and facilitate the process. Half-n-half is our usual and “Meatball lover”is our favourite!

   This is the second time we got a really amazing dinner from Herbies. Ordered Biryanis and the weekend special curry. Both of things just hit the right spots. Everything was really delicious and the portions sizes were great. Also, got biryani curry with biryani which in self was a separate dish to have. So happy with the food.

   Good quality, reasonably priced pizza. Order from their website directly to support the restaurant. Best deals are available if you walk in. Friday nights can get busy if you order for delivery.

   Their Garlic Bread Pizza is the one. The rest pizzas are great too - definitely recommend thin crust only. They only do Garlic dips which taste really good.
