   Incredibly rude manager. While I understand that a driver breaking down is unfortunate, there is absolutely no excuse for the way I was spoken to. I was shouted at simply for asking whether a replacement pizza could be made rather than sending another driver to retrieve the one that left the shop over 25 minutes ago. When I asked for a refund, the manager abruptly hung up on me. There was also no communication regarding the delay. I had to call myself to find out why our order hadn’t moved. I strongly recommend immediate customer service training for the so-called manager on shift, as their behaviour was completely unacceptable.

   Burnt pizza , twice in a row.. inconsistent toppings on both sides of pizza… cheese / sauce missing from the centre.. same thing happened twice in a row. Whoever has taken over this Domino’s has ruined the quality of food and service immensely.

   Usually good pizza and the workers are nice. They got our order wrong once but gave us a free pizza along with it. That pizza saved my life. Shoutout to my guy Bhuwan, I always know the pizza gonna be good when he makes it.

   Awful service!!!!!! Ordered my pizza, a completely different pizza came, was told they will not change it or send me a new one, implied I should just eat the one they gave me, I told them I actually tried a piece and its barbecue base which is disgusting. They told me they will refund my pizza but they won’t make me another, they were extremely rude on the phone!

   Tried both ways delivery or collection nothing has worked lazy and bad customer service. Pizza was not pipping hot instore staff was talking to each other or busy on their phones. No one looks busy than us. Kitchen staff does not looks like they wash and sanitised their hands properly. Front desk staff looks new to the work. Giving two stars only due to dough which is very light to eat and garlic sauce.
