ordered pizza delivery on their website directly, the delivery driver showed up with 3 other persons in the car and handover the pizza nonchalantly no pizza bag or any other thermal bag at all STONE COLD. the restaurant have to ensure the delivery drivers got a thermal bag!! such a waste of money
YUK!! Worst Papa Johns I have ever had. Won't be ordering again! Arrived in a squashed box with the seal broken. Under cooked with some pieces stone cold. Spent more time being cut than it actually did in the oven going by the online preparation status.
3s a bit generous, worst papas I’ve had. The wings were supposed to be buffalo or something and they were just normal with a dash of sauce on the top. Pizza was decent I like the works
Shouting at the customer when the customer asked where there order is as had been waiting an hour and 45 minutes. When order was received having waited 2hours and five minutes the food was cold and needed reheating. They had given us the wrong drink had ordered Pepsi and received water. They denied all and hung up on the customer after shouting again at the customer. Very rude service and will never be returning to the food service again , and advise others to choose somewhere else.
Ordered two pizzas which are full of chillies and tomato soup. Upon asking she talked very rudely. Never had such bad customer experience ever with papa John anywhere. Bye bye Papa John. Have a look on red chillies quantity in photo. Order:- 74530378
I can say that this branch is a disappointment. The souse and the topping start like 3 cm from the edge, added extras - I don’t think anyone noticed that,as pizza looked the same.
Ordered 3 different occasions, a pizza with bbq drizzle. Never got bbq drizzle yet that is classed as a topping. For £1.70 a topping very disappointing
Poor staff management- no one took my order waited there for 20 minutes then walked out!! Looks like the person in charge couldn’t manage well as she was on the phone explaining to people why they having to wait for they pizza for an hour two people had a refund in front of me- taking this matter to the big bosses
Very unhappy with the pizza it was burnt and did not taste very nice all I could taste was the burnt crust first time I ever ordered from them will never order from them again sorry very disappointed
Food arrived well before time and received piping hot. Cheese crust pizza was nicely presented. Papa John’s added a chicken poppers which are great to taste. In Desserts I love chocolate brownies.This store is serving fresh dough pizza from a while. Also changed the outlook of the which is great addition to the beauty of Shinfield Road.
