This is just a quick review of my personal thoughts about topz pizza. I must say everything is on point whether its quality of the food customer or the cleanliness. I've been ordering from them for quite a while and have had no issues. Its a must recommended pizza shop for anyone living in Reading.
In my experience, the food's been great and it's come out quickly. In the past I was greeted slighly sternly but the new person is very nice. Would recommend!

The best pizza place that I have ever seen, the customer service is excellent and the pizzas are top notch and very tasty. I recommend this pizza place to everyone. I have been a regular customer of this pizza shop for years and I am satisfied with pizzas because they are cooked very well. Also, pizzas orders are always delivered correctly, quickly and on time, even when the number of pizza orders was large and varied. So, I recommend everyone to try pizzas of this pizza shop and ignore the complaints that may have been written on purpose. Thank you to the Tops Pizza for their good service and delicious pizzas.
Me and my partner normally ALWAYS order from tops pizza and we’ve never been disappointed before. Tonight however that has all changed. We opened up our pizza to find various hairs in it and when we rang to make them aware of this matter, we were told it couldn’t possibly have come from there and that we’d need to complain to head office or bring the pizza in itself. So after having it delivered because we didn’t want to leave the house after me spending most of my day driving, I felt compelled to drive to the store to show them as it felt I was being accused of lying to them which when we got to the store and showed him the hairs , he laughed and said “this is supposed to be our hair” sarcastically. I myself have RED HAIR. And in response to his answer of it couldn’t it come from there, not one member or staff was wearing a hair net so it most definitely could of come from there and when we asked the name of who I can only assume is the manager , he said it didn’t matter and then after my partner questioned him further he said his name was Ali which I felt like was a lie given his resistance in the first place. After driving to the store and being given a fresh pizza and not even being given the delivery charge back as a refund which "Ali" said he would do, the customer service has ruined it for me and working in the industry myself, i find it absolutely abysmal how everything was handled.
DISGUSTING treatment of customers. We ordered and the “boss” who is supposed to be professional was full of attitude with us, put the phone down then when we went into the shop to see why this had happened he shouted at us and was very rude. DONT ORDER from this disgusting place. The Pizza is terrible and overly priced massively. Well done Tops Pizza you should not be in business.
Just about the worst customer service I have ever come across. Rude, ignorant staff and I will be reporting this to top's pizza head office. The guys remarks on the phone were racist towards white people and will also be reported to police
Very poor service. Pizza arrived 45 mins late even though ordered at 6.30pm for a delivery for 7.45pm and had to go to the store to find out where the pizza was. They won’t pick up their phone. The guy at the Reading store was not even apologetic of the poor service or the delay as if he didn’t care. Not ordering again. There is a reason why people order from better places than having such poor experience.
As someone who recently moved to the area I was very disappointed. I’ve visited other Tops and have been super happy, but this one was awful. Ordered bbq chicken wings and received plain wings and one small sauce pot. The pizza was alright but i think went cold due to the distance which i wont blame anyone for but ultimately the meal was not overtly enjoyable, at previous Tops with the same delivery time this has not been the case. The delivery instructions i left were simple and ignored. To top it all off, the driver gave me the food and literally ran back to his car, didn’t even give me a chance to check i had everything. Terrible service. Wont be buying again.
Just ordered tops pizza for the second time this week, and this place is by far my favourite pizza place. The quality never changes and will never disappoint. The prices are not over priced. I ordered 2 large pizza, BBQ chicken wings, pizza garlic bread and you get a large coke. All for £31.49. they are generous with the toppings and if you love cheese then this place is a must try pizza. And best of all took less than 45 mins to deliver.
