   I would like to thank the whole team who work here. I order almost the same things every time. The pizza always arrives very hot, within 20-30 minutes of ordering. It's always delicious. The only thing is that I think there used to be a bit more meat filling, but I don't think it's a big problem. The price-quality ratio is absolutely fair. I don't know how many times I've ordered exactly, but I think definitely more than 15 and I have never been disappointed. Special garlic sauce, all the meats pizza - must try here. That's why I'm genuinely surprised to see so many negative reviews. I think people leave reviews more when something is wrong, but forget about it when everything is good. Thank you very much to the whole team for your hard work ❤️

   Tricky buying process, server didn't speak much English. Not clear if my order was correct. Random price was reduced by £20 after tense negotiation. Nice pizzas, didn't match the labels, but almost matched my order. Does buying pizza need to be this difficult?

   I had the most shocking experience with then today. The delivery was only partially fulfilled. I called them up, asking if the remaining items have been forgotten at their place and if yes, I'd be happy to pop down and get them. Never before have I experienced such level of abuse, and aggressiveness from a manager before. I did not appreciate the way he talked to me and the way he shouted at me. This was a horrendous experience and will be escalated further. I would recommend anyone to tread carefully.

   Ordered cheesy garlic bread sticks. Tell me why there was no cheese. Ridiculous. I've been ordering here for years and recently the past year it has declined! Would rather have pizza hut

   Ordered a 2 medium pizza deal upgraded to premium chicken side, garlic bread and some brownies for dessert. The chicken didn’t come with the order, I phone the shop, tell them the chicken didn’t arrive with the order. No attempt to deliver it, no refund?! I understand mistakes happen, it’s no big deal but at least attempt to correct it or refund it?

   Great pizza everytime, good amount of toppings and base has a good amount of sauce. I get delivery and takeout and compared to Farnborough where I used to go. This is miles better. Great job guys.

   Disgusting service Ordered online and we are five mins away from the store . I called after 40 minutes and no pizza to be told the driver was 5 or 6 minutes away. I called again after 20 minutes and still no pizza , was told oh I don’t know what happened the drive only left 5 mins ago . I said cancel it and give me a refund as it’s going to be stone cold by the time it turns up . The staff starts yelling over me telling me I’m yelling and starts mouthing off at me telling me the drivers left so I can’t have a refund. I said I’m not yelling and the food will be cold and I will just return it I want a full refund . The staff tellings me 24 hours for a refund and hung up on me . No pizza and no delivery attempted . Week and a half later the uninitiated head office have gotten back to say the store need a few days to investigate unreal

   We always order direct from here and use thier drivers. They are always polite and food is always hot and on time. We love the garlic sticks with cheese and thier special garlic sauce. Pizzas are always yummy.

   Pizzas always good if they arrive fast, if you order on the wrong night with a long wait expect them to be cold. Recent introduction of delivery charge has reduced my orders, I understand fuel has gone up but pizzas are the highest profit margin fast food. Still no milkshakes sold here unlike many other branches. Due to delivery cost and no milkshakes I'll just buy Sainsburys pizzas now and save money.
