Ordered food and it never arrived. Drivers states he attempted and he knocked but we live in a flat and he would have need buzzing in before he can knock. Phoned and spoke to a manager and he refused to give his name after speaking and dealing with me with the most worst customer service I’ve experienced. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Dominos a very overpriced joke nowadays, fake deals that over inflate cost, aggressive marketing, expensive delivery at £3.50! (Oct 2025) Better off buying from smaller businesses or in the supermarket. You can find better food out there for less, only plus is the delivery drivers are friendly just doing a job
Ordered a pizza and some sides the garlic bread was really salty and sour so I called to ask about this and their response was they’ve had these complaints for awhile now and that they could remake me a garlic bread I had to repeat please say no because they asked me several times if I wanted another garlic bread because the staff member wasn’t listening I said I’d rather have a partial refund and they refused instead offered to give me a free side with my next delivery, I found mushrooms on my pizza as well when I didn’t ask for mushrooms and had to pick them off most of the pizza, it’s really gone down hill and won’t be ordering again
Dodgy pricing, my so ordered via the app, came to £33 for 2 pizza a garlic bread. Instore 50% off, that came to £29. Does that mean the above order would normally cost £58. Bloody rip off. Good bye Dominos.
Ordered Pizza. Didn’t arrive. Called to follow up and replacement didn’t arrive either. Called again to cancel and get a refund and they hung up. Had to go in person to get a refund. Lousy service. Papa Johns next time - they are always reliable.
Absolutely disgusting service from Domino’s Sandhurst. I ordered a pizza which was not delivered with no contact from the branch, they took my money, gave me a wrong customer service number to call to get a refund. Have been in touch via email with customer services who have been utterly useless. So I decided to call the branch directly, I spoke to the manger who was nothing but downright rude to me, refused to even talk about a replacement, was really aggressive and then hung up on me mid way through me talking. If I could have given no stars I would have. Not only disgusting service but they have taken my money and given me nothing! I would avoid at all costs.
Been on point for the last couple of years. Even if order is missing, they take care of the issue. Fast delivery compared to competitors.
I will not be going back to this place! Really bad service. Made an order online & after waiting 20 minutes after the collection time, they told me that my order was lost?! I asked how & was told it is a pizza shop what to expect? So, I said no worries can I just get my money back as I couldn’t wait for them to remake it. They promised they will process the refund which can take a week. It has been a month! So ridiculous.
What an awful management team they have here. They cancelled my order without letting me know, said I’d get a refund in 10days and if I wanted my pizza I’d have to reorder and pay again. The manager was aggressive and spoke over me on the phone, knowing that I was on loudspeaker with my children in the car. He then put the phone down on me. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue with this shop, they are extremely rude and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs
