   I made the mistake of placing my Herbies order through Deliveroo! My order was for: Margherita (V) Italian Thin (Thin Crust), Original Sauce, Jalapeno Peppers, Mushrooms. £16.99 1x French Garlic Bread (V) With Cheese £4.76 1x Garlic & Herbs £0.45 Total £24.74 I got the smallest Pizza I have ever seen, and the Driver thought my complaint was funny! (MY REPLY: £16.99 is not the price for a Personal Pizza, it is the price for a Large! I won't order again.)

   That pizza was absolutely brilliant, the cheese was gooey and full of flavour, the sauce was rich and perfectly seasoned, and the dough had that ideal mix of soft and crispy. Every ingredient tasted fresh and top-quality, making it one of the best pizzas I’ve had in ages.

   I ordered pizza from Herbies and literally because I was so far I asked them for exact time be ready when I arrived. They took my pizza from the oven so it was nice and crispy After arriving at home Pizza was still nice and hot ready to eat. I haven’t had a better pizza than today. I ordered tandoori Highly recommended.

   Officially ordered the worst pizza of my life from this branch. I kid you not when I say that the BBQ base was smothered in so much BBQ sauce that the toppings were literally slipping off. You literally could not taste any pizza, just pure BBQ. The branch were also aware of this issue and stated that they use double BBQ sauce on their deep pans. However, this makes the pizza inedible. Please refer to photos which prove this is no exaggeration. I asked the company for a refund and they sent their driver to collect the pizzas from my home, with the promise of a refund. To date I have received ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND back to my card and I’ve now got the hassle of claiming back the money via my credit card dispute services. Rubbish pizza and terrible service!

   I visited Herbies and ordered a tandoori pizza, which was absolutely delicious. The staff members were very friendly and welcoming, making a fantastic pizza that was well worth the price. Even though they were about to close, they stayed open to serve us at the last minute. I'm very glad we chose to stop by the restaurant for pizza.

   Disappointed.The pizza arrived within the stated time, but there was then a discussion on the doorstep as the delivery man's receipt said cash payment was due when I'd paid by card over the phone. The pizza wasn't what was ordered and to add insult to injury it was cold.

   Used Herbies for over 20 years, but unfortunately won't be doing so again. It was mostly fine up until 2 years back where the quality and service notably degraded, and tonight was the apex of that. Ordered via their website which states that delivery should take less than 30 minutes. It ends up taking an hour and a half, and sure enough the pizza itself is lukewarm upon arrival. The final straw was that we ordered a half and half pizza, one side Farmhouse, the other side Pepperoni. The Farmhouse side was fine if not a little sparse on the ham, the pepperoni side on the other hand had maybe 3 to 4 dots of said meat and then the rest was all mushrooms? Disappointed to say the least - will be going elsewhere in the future.

   Best £ to pizza you can get in Bracknell. Quality ingredients that have not really changed over the years. No soggy dough, no spongy cheese and no bland sauce. Also THE best garlic bread with cheese ANYWHERE.

   Poor service, stale curly fries and when I ordered standard garlic bread, they sent me calazone garlic bread, so when i called them to complain, the bloke told me its my fault for not putting a note on there. Oh I'm sorry! didn't realise you don't know the difference between standard garlic bread and calazone! Silly me. Won't be ordering from them again.
