I would like to leave a big thank you to Charlie at Pizza Express. She was absolutely wonderful with my children during our visit. Not only did she keep my children calm and engaged, but she was incredibly kind, patient, and warm throughout the entire meal. It made such a difference to our experience, and the kids adored her. Charlie truly went above and beyond, and we’re so grateful as sometimes going out for dinner with small children can be hard at times She’s a real credit to the team!

Went today with my mom the order a pasta Que was absolutely terrible no taste at all massive pieces of raw red onions she couldn’t eat it a very rude waitress told is that even she haven’t eat more then what she try she will have to change for another dish otherwise she will have to pay u order the frozen cannelloni’s another massive mistake she “manager” admit that they are not good and frozen and that the £6.50 garlic bread is a small bread full of grease that taste sweet was also awful , my mom couldn’t eat anything and I have to pay 75% of the meal because that’s the pizza express rules , what a sad and awful experience if they can just make pizza is fine but don’t put frozen stuff in the menu when they awful , also explain they just have a 18 years old chef that has not much experience, come on £18 for a frozen cannelloni’s and that pasta such and awful taste think my son that is 8 can cut the onions more thinner never again avoid Rude manager and the waitress so rude have never see anything like that telling the manager what to say or do in front of me

Card machine wasn’t working, but staff called us to explain in advance and check we were happy to pay by cash. Staff, especially Charlie, we’re super helpful and accommodating going extra mile for a birthday celebration and manually managing member discounts etc. Really good service from very helpful staff (who kept smiling and helping despite, by the sounds of things, them having a very bad day). We left with a smile Food was nice as always!

We celebrated my child’s birthday party here, and it was a fantastic experience! Ebony was absolutely brilliant – handled all the orders quickly and efficiently, making everything stress-free. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was great as always. Highly recommend for family celebrations!

Ordered the same pizza on different days (La Reine with extra cheese). The first photo is of the first order...which was perfect!, and the rest of the photos are of what we recieved last night. The pizza is outstanding, when it is made correctly. I understand that with different cooks every meal might not come out the same, but consistency is important. I really would have appreciated if someone followed up with us after our complaint and at least offered to remake the pizza. Hopefully our next experience will be better.

Once again you advertise gluten free pizza bases but don't have any. So again I sat there with no food while my family eat This is not the first time this has happened and I can only assume you put gluten free In your marketing to tick a box. No apology from the staff, the comment after me declaring my disappointment of no pizza was 'enjoy your meal'. I presume that was a sarcastic comment? Thanks for that.

Pizza Slow. We ordered 2 pizza and dough balls at 1.45pm. We got our pizza an hour later! The place was practically empty- one big group when we came in, that was pretty much it. The waiter took our order, brought our drinks and then pretty much disappeared. Another waiter came to check on us about 20mins later to ask how we were - we think this is when they realised that our waiter had not put our order through. They finally brought our dough balls 5 minutes later, but we had to wait much longer to get our pizza. The manager did say she would take them off the bill and that they were "short staffed". But we saw 2 waiters (who at some point both went on a coffee break without even glancing at our still empty table) and 3 people in the kitchen, so we did not really understand what she meant. Our pizzas were good, but they had used the wrong base for one of them. Anyway. We had to physically get up from our table (which had not been cleared of empty plates) and walk towards the till to get our bill. They had charged us for the dough balls which were supposed to free through the app. The waiter went back to talk about it to the manager, twice. In the end they did not charge us for anything, and the waiter came back to say "you're free to go". Poor form from the manager who should have come to apologise, really. It was our second time at this branch - last time service was already slow (same waiter) despite the half-empty room. We wasted so much time there for what we thought was going to be a quick lunch, which meant we were not able to go to a couple of shops we had planned to visit in a nearby village. We will not come again.
