   Absolutely terrible. First time they delivered our pizza to someone else and then went back and got it then tried to deliver that pizza to us after someone had opened it. Second time pizza was average. Third time I’ve been waiting for over an hour and still haven’t got my pizza. I live about 1km away.

   I pre-booked an online order for a large pizza with 2 sides at 15:00hrs, for a delivery time of 18:30hrs. The delivery was late by 15 minutes. I was tracking the order, at 18:40hrs, the status changed to delivered but no driver had arrived. I called the outlet and the person said that they will definitely be arriving in the next 5 minutes. My order arrived at 18:45hrs; the pizza had far less toppings as advertised and one of my sides (Potato Tots with Four Cheeses) was burnt with hardly any cheese on it! A complete rip-off and poor service; a bunch of clowns seem to operate these establishments now days.

   The same pizza ordered on two different days.. My first ever order with papa johns i received a beautiful and tasty pizza, right pic, double pepperoni and double chilli. I got so excited. I ordered it again a week after and this is what i received, left picture. Definitely not double and undercooked. Please work on the consistency or i will stop ordering.

   Good branch, super reliable for collection. If that tracker link they email says it’s ready for collection, every time I walk in it’s waiting and nice and hot. They have always got my order right in 2 years of every now and then ordering. Always the same consistent Papa John’s food. You get some decent deals and prices if you collect yourself.

   Ordered a pizza tonight and I followed it's progress on the app. After waiting 30 minutes for the delivery, according to the app, I called and was assured the pizza would be fresh on delivery. It was cold, back to Domino's

   Phoned up and raised my disappointment on an over £30 order, to my 2 inch crusts, and burnt cinnamon scrolls, and apparently all they can do is apologise....disgusted to be honest. Avoid.

   Always the best pizza takeaway. During the pandemic it seems like quality and standards have dropped everywhere but not here. I have ordered from this papa John’s consistently for as long as I can remember. Always good hot food, courteous and competent drivers, I couldn’t complain about a single thing - and I love to complain!

   ordered a meal deal last night, the pizza came very quick and was piping hot straight out of the oven! definitely the best pizza i’ve ever had in my 22 years of living in windsor !! highly recommend papa johns compared to the other pizza shops in dedworth! - thank you papa johns for the nice meal yesterday!
