   The food I had was very good but a bit small especially for the price. The waiters were almost too efficient at taking away stuff once we were done and didn't check if we were actually finished first although they were nice. The place is very small and so we were near the loud machines in the kitchen but the place was very nicely designed with classic looking Italian windows and our table was even an old sewing table!

   Saturday lunchtime. Seated us at once. Great authentic food, fresh & arrived quickly. Really Fantastic service. Very attentive staff, think our waitress was called Octavia, sorry if thats wrong, she was friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely ambience. Highly recommend. Will be going back!

   You could easily miss the tiny frontage of what looks like the rather good deli on Bell St Henley. Tucked behind the front counter is an equally tiny restaurant, but oh boy this is the real taste of Italy. Friendly service, a limited pasta and Pizza menu, but dishes to die for I had calzone, the best I've ever had outside Italy. 4 of us dined a different dish and each, but the same response superb.

   We were today 20-01-23 at 4:00 we had coffees and ate cakes, and a girl who works there as soon as we finished the coffee picked up the table and filled the bill without we ask ,at 4:45 began to pass the knob on the floor, the truth was very unpleasant, I felt that we were being voted for the restaurant, she shouldn't have done that because I would understand if it was closing time but there was a long way to go before they closed. We all left disappointed of the restaurant that was very rude

   Early Saturday morning managed to beat the Henley-on-Thames usual crowds. Freshly made breakfast roll & this really hit the spot. Support local, folks! I need to try the Calzones next.

   We ordered a pizza to take out. Was expecting a proper homemade Italian pizza, but actually think it was a frozen supermarket one. The base was not freshly made. Thick crust, like you would buy in Tesco. It tasted fine, but really wasn't what I expected. Would go elsewhere for authentic Italian food. Staff were friendly and the place is cute, food filled a gap, but I could have gone home and cooked the same there.

   Calzone to die for, it was unsealed as you can see from the picture so that it looked to be exploding out which was brilliant. Definitely the best calzone i've ever had, my dad had the pizza and was slightly less impressed so I'd recommend the calzone or pasta for sure. A very cozy restaurant which you'll love as it feels very authentic.
