   I had an incredible visit to Wagamama thanks to the outstanding service from Chris. From the moment we sat down, Chris was warm, attentive and genuinely passionate about the menu. His suggestions were spot on, you could tell he really knew what would suit our tastes, and every recommendation ended up being a total winner. Chris’ service was top tier: friendly without being overbearing, efficient, and so helpful in making the whole experience feel personal. It honestly made our meal feel a level above the usual. If you’re visiting, definitely hope you get Chris as he made the entire visit memorable. Highly recommend Wagamama in Westquay, especially with service as amazing as this!

   I’m honestly extremely disappointed with my order tonight. I ordered the Doubled Up Rice Bowl and Kids Chicken Ramen Noodles through Deliveroo. It took around 38 minutes to arrive, which would have been fine but the food was completely cold. The rice was barely lukewarm, and the noodle soup was stone cold. This is absolutely unacceptable. I paid around £20–£30 expecting a fresh, hot meal, not something that tastes like it’s been sitting out and forgotten about. For the price and the reputation of this restaurant, I expected far better quality and care. This experience has been really frustrating and disappointing. I’d appreciate it if this could be properly addressed this kind of service isn’t what anyone should be getting for the money spent.

   The food was absolutely delicious, and the service made the whole experience even better! Liam was incredibly cheerful, recommended a few dishes (all of which turned out to be amazing), and checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was such a great dining experience. Would definitely come back again!

   Food and service was brilliant I had questions about ingredients as I am pregnant and they were answered confidently and robustly which provided me with reassurance thank you. All food came hot and super delicious I asked for extra sauce and it came can’t wait to visit again as I am craving Wagamama been a favourite in my last trimester been pregnant!!!!

   I was very impressed with this Wagamama. It's a fairly large restaurant situated on the top floor of the West Quay shopping centre. There was a small queue waiting to be seated, but we didn't have to wait long. I have to say that all of the dishes that we ordered were very tasty. I guess that its not easy to mess up starters like edamame beans and koko prawn crackers, and these did not disappoint. Also, both mains that we ordered were top notch. What really made the soba and salad dishes was the steak which was very tender and nicely cooked. I'm a big fan of Japanese-style cooking and will definitely go back to Wagamama for another delicious lunch or dinner.

   Food was lovely with plenty of veggie or vegan options. My 10 year old daughter enjoyed the kids size portion of chicken and noodles that we ordered it twice more! The waitress was very friendly, polite and efficient. Would go again.

   I love the staff that work here. They are so amazing, polite, patient and friendly. We had a very nice dinner. I love the pronoun badges which make it really easy to use proper pronouns with people. There tends to be a large queue so book ahead. Or just wait it out because quite often they just want to look busy and there are actually a lot of spaces. My one complaint would be that the food wasn’t as nice as I thought it was going to be. It felt a little under flavoured.
