Pizza delivered much earlier than the booked time slot, ended up being cold. They couldn't grasp the concept, refused to rectify.

Absolutely disgraceful that yet another establishment is refusing to take cash as payment. We now have very disappointed starving kids after ordering and going to pick up. Sort it out dominos, you can't legally refuse cash!! Also it may be worth educating your staff to a decent level of understanding your company policies. I will be sharing my experience very wide and definitely using Herbie's pizza , Thier pizzas are far superior and they accept cash....
Arrived home to discover one of the pizzas of a large order had been wrongly prepared, with an incorrect topping. This had potentially serious implications due to a food allergy within our family. Returned to the shop with the entire and untouched pizza and requested a refund. They agreed the pizza was not made as ordered but refused to issue a refund. They claim that they are unable to process a card refund from the shop. Really? Dominos is a multinational business, yet they use card readers in shops that are unable to process refunds??? Being cynical, I’m guessing the store might not be telling the full story, when advising they can’t process card refunds. Mistakes happen but it’s how a business responds when that happens is the measure. This was extremely poor service all round. I left the shop without a replacement and no refund issued….. Avoid this branch.
My last 2 experiences with with this place have been the worst. Their online app tells you that your food is ready for collection, then you turn up to collect it and they've not even started cooking it None of their staff have any kind of basic people skills and seem to fumble their way through their shift, the place gets busy with customers wondering where their food is. They are completely inadequate and I wouldn't trust them to run a bath between them, let alone a pizza shop. Avoid at all costs
Ordered instore. Found they got order wrong when i got it home.( no mushrooms but red peppers & onion instead)People, Check your pizza when you get it.
This store used to be great but since the new manager took over, orders were missed, late and completely wrong. Had to complain multiple times. But when it's right Domino's is simply the best you can buy.

Order dinner as a treat for the family and 1hour and 50 minutes the food has arrived. Had already called after an hour to chase the order with a promise of compensation in the form of free sides. But yet again they have not delivered on that promise, the food is warm not piping hot. It might only be a blip but it's not on when your spending money for this service
