the food was amazing! We ordered 1 flame special and a desi pizza, extremely cheesy and delicious. As the pizza is stone baked it gives a different flavour something that I haven’t had before. Would definitely be coming back and highly recommend!!
Very Friendly Staff. Food was amazing. We had Pizza and Fried chicken.. both were nice but I loved the pizza.. better than dominos or any other shops in Frimley.
I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a food place when visiting Flameworks on Frimley High Street today. The staff member (Nepalese woman) taking my order didn’t greet me — the first thing she said was “What you want?” She was wearing earphones and seemed more focused on her music than serving customers, which likely explains why she got my order wrong. When I was told where to get my drink, it was said abruptly with no courtesy at all. What really shocked me was when I asked for a bag — instead of handing it to me, she threw it at me. It made me feel like I was being treated as if I didn’t matter. On top of all the poor service, the food itself was extremely disappointing: tasteless and not enjoyable at all. This place needs a serious improvement in both customer service and food quality. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
Absolutely disgusting Visited today when passing and see some festive deals being advertised so popped in to get something. 1) told the festive deals were not yet live so could not offer the 99p deals 2) young lady was rude 3) asked for a burger meal which I said no salad and no sauce to which she added mayo, burger sauce and ketchup plus salad 4) dropped some of the frozen patties on the floor when breaking them apart which were frozen and stuck back in the freezer like nothing happened 5) chips were stale and tasted like old oil Definitely wouldn't be going back any time soon
I was quite disappointed with my visit. The wings shown on the poster are full wings, but what I received were the usual halves like everywhere else – misleading advertising. I ordered a rib (side breast) but was served a chicken breast patty for a burger instead, which was extremely dry. The wings were small, and the fries, although I like them well-done and crispy, were on the verge of being burnt. I also wasn’t given any tissues or asked if I wanted sauce. The only positive was that the place looks nice, but unfortunately, the food and service did not match the appearance.
Best pizza I've had in a long time. Crisp dough with just the right amount of chew. Only constructive criticism I can add is don't bother putting the salad with the panini. No one is interested in salad when the panini and pizza is as good as it is. Cheers, will definitely be my new go to takeaway.
Wonderful fresh and tasty pizzas. The staff here are outstanding and the food presentation is 5*! Thank you to the guys to accommodating our family. The wonderful wood fired pizza and amazing chicken strips were sooooo good. We needed up getting 4 portions of the fiery chicken strips they we that good. The pizza deal for £8.99 was amazing value. This place is a hidden gem!
Me and my wife been accidentally in the area and walked down the Frimley High street and got hungry. Came across this pizza place and liked the what I saw, how we were treated by the staff and the pizza was incredibly delicious. Got also an Italian salad on the side and a Pelegríno limonata. A lovely combination that was thoroughly enjoyed. I got interested to know the rest of the menu and got impressed by the halal option on the meat used. It looked and tasted great. I’d happily recommend anyone to either stop by or take away a pizza. I’ll be definitely coming back although I live 45 minutes away from here.
Just arrived at this new place that has recently opened up. I ordered the pizza in the picture. I told them my toppings. Friendly service. The owner himself was there. Had a very good conversation with him and when my pizza was ready. omg. Absolutely amazing. I have had many pizzas and I have never left a review. But this amazing pizza, what can I say. The dough was nice and soft and tasty, cooked to perfection. The toppings and the sauce and the cheese you can tell is of good quality. No cheap stuff. I thought I was eating from a high end restaurant. I would not eat more than 1 pizza, but I had to order another one. Ate half more and the rest later with a movie. I highly recommend try this place once. Flameworks you know have a regular customer for my Friday pizza nights. Please keep it up.
