   My friend ordered a pizza and ice cream from here on deliveroo this afternoon and about 1 hour went by and we still hadn’t gotten an update, it just said nearly there. Then we refreshed the app and it said was delivered at 4pm. it was 4:15 when we saw that yet no one had knocked on the door. We have tried calling them for the past 15 minutes and the phone just rings and rings. They’ve probably eaten it themselves or something. Deliveroo didn’t give us a code either.

   Fleet papa johns is one of the best, the staff are really happy friendly people, who are happy to work around the app should it fail to give you discounts that can only be awarded if ordering on line, they also have a great balance of toppings and can cook the base just right, can only say laughter is often derived from the occasional devision of pizzas, as it is obvious that one person inability to decide equally is quite amusing to the teens, in the best possible way, but it doesnt detract from value of money, service and staff who go above and beyond...Just a shame they only are open until 10pm

   ordered off app, got moved to uber and cancelled, pizza came way too late and when asked what happened on the phone and if i could get a refund as had been waiting for nearly two hours, manager was rude. disappointed

   Shocking. Waited for our pizzas to be delivered, one completely wrong. Phoned them and they hung up. Called again, explained and they said 30 mins before delivery. So we drove there, with wrong pizza. They laughed, gave us the right pizza and continued to laugh as my husband walked out the door. My husband was really unwell for 24 hours after eating the pizza with food poisoning. Rude staff that don't give a crap and suspected bad pizza so food crap too. AVOID - plenty better pizza places in Fleet. If I could have given no stars, I would have done

   Ordered a pizza and it took over an hour to be delivered when originally quoted 20-30mins. The driver got lost and didn’t think to call the number given so my order was cold. The person in store who took my call just made excuses and didn’t help at all.

   PJs....what the heck!! Pulled Pork Pizza... DON'T ORDER!! Ordered 2 Spicy Pulled pork medium pizzas (half price, thank the Lord!) Hardly any pulled pork, tiny pieces and very over cooked, couldn't taste it at all. Not your usual standard. Not impressed. Bit over board with the Jalepenos, basically a Jalepeno BBQ pizza. Won't order it again guys sorry. Not worth the money.

   Pizza turned up only warm not hot the party in the garden pizza had hardly any topping on the pizza there was only 3 mushrooms on top to be precise, the other pizza had hardly any pepperoni on top and was very dry sadly we won't be using papa John's again

   This is the second time we have ordered a pizza from here after having a good first experience. Unfortunately the second time round our pizza arrived stone cold, we had to heat it up in the oven before we could enjoy it. My partner phoned up to mention our pizza was very disappointing and got passed to a manger who refused to provide her with their name and hung up on her twice after saying he couldn’t hear her, even though the person before seemed to hear perfectly well. After that the pizza was not only the problem this was completely unacceptable and unnecessary rudeness which came from a so called manager? They refused any refund, this is a massive shame and won’t be ordering here again. DON’T order from here in case there is an issue with your delivery as it won’t get resolved!

   Absolutely no good. 1hr wait and pizza still not delivered. Papa John's is a great brand but the guy running this franchise is no good. Dominoes has a better reputation in the town and you can see why.
