Recently stopped doing the small deep pan pizza, if I order a small thin one it's not filling enough and if I get a large it's far too big. Very disappointing, will have to find somewhere else to get decent pizza. A shame as the garlic bread is good and have been ordering from here for years. Seems to be new owners.

Kebabs are the most amazing, non greasy,I've ever had. Pizza and sides always hot, good portions and great quality. I have used this company on and off for years and never been failed... thankyou for broadening the menu.
Had to edit my previous review. First real issue was a driver with car problems. Food was then over an hour late (was rectified by newly cooked food and a full refund was said would be given)---- This was from an order in November and has still not been done. Second was 2 days ago. Ordered and chose to pay by cash. Partner just arrived back from work and took it unaware of this. We rang up to rectify the situation. We were then told they would ring us back after lots of shouting. (Completely aside, the chips now seem to get worse each order :/) The driver then turned up tonight unannounced for the money (would have sucked if I was out?). We brought up the non-refunded previous order and were told "they would ring us". Very, very disappointed. Used to rave about them. But unprofessional

Ordered a classic pepperoni and a CYO (BBQ chicken, meatballs, pepperoni and extra cheese). Absolutely FANTASTIC. Very decent ingredients and you can tell. It arrived roughly 20 - 25 minutes ago and its still hot. I cannot fault Herbies at all, much better than most chains and local pizza places around Tilehurst. Definitely recommend to anyone!
Ordered a Pizza meal deal last night and it was with us in record time, cooked really well, chips were great and the buffalo wings very nice as well. Very good delivery option Thank you
